This one is great. Very user friendly. I had an issue learning it at first and the response time from the technical support team was phenomenal. Pros Its ease of operation. In most cases, I have used RecMaster to record all my videos which I use on my platforms to share tips and valuable information to my subscribers. Since then, I have found it useful and I have had no cause to advise any of my fellow freelancers or students to not use the app. Also, using the software by a first-timer may not be smooth at first but with time and constant practice, it gets better. Pros RecMaster is a great product for recording PC's screens. It is also used to edit videos. It has a simple, attractive interface that is user-friendly. The full screen, custom area and game mode buttons under a dark background is perfect! It is a popular software that nearly all my fellow freelancers use, so it becomes easy in case I need help with any aspect. Also, RecMaster is more than just a screen recording software, it is also serves as a video management tool for an awesome editing of recorded videos. Cons Like all other products, RecMaster has its own cons. For instance, there is need to include background noise filter. Also, spending up to 20 minutes before one gets a response from Support for a little fix is not impressive. Aside these, the software is value for the money! Review Source RR Robert R. Helps me look back after the fact and see what I may have been missing in real time!!!! Super beneficial!!! The best product on the market. The best quality and very easy to control. I use it everytime I have an important thing to record and keep only the important parts of the recording. Another great thing is their customer and technical support. My computer was broken and I lost everything. I asked them to give me new license so I can work again with this recorder. The response along with the new license came very quickly on my email and I did not miss anything because of it! Pros How easy it is to use it, pause it, edit it and most important save it. I used other software such as Applian Video Capture and had challenges as it often did not work, would crash due to system resource issues, or create extremely large files. I have none of these issues. Cons Loading the software takes a bit longer than I would like but that is a small price to pay for the features it provides. Review Source AS Annalise S. Each recording occurs smoothly, and the software is so easy to use and easy to start and stop recordings. Furthermore, the customer service has been excellent each time I have had to request help. When I needed to reinstall the software after a hard drive failure, they helped me by resetting my user license to allow for the installation. Each representative I spoke with whenever I needed assistance was very polite and worked promptly to assist me. Pros Very simple interface and easy to use the features. There is very little room for confusion, the software is straightforward and very quick to learn its functions. There are many different options to allow for customization of the recording. Cons While there is an option to trim and edit the recording, I have often found that this feature uses a lot of system resources and is not always effective. It is a good feature, but I do not use it as often as I may like, simply because it does not always work quickly and smoothly. Review Source AB Attila B. March 9, 2022 5.0 I would definitely recommend this software to anybody who wants to do any type of video editing or if they want to use it to do screen capture. Pros I was searching for something simple and was skeptical at first. I had tested out some other software that was difficult to use and then I came across this product and surprisingly it was really easy to use. The controls and the layout made it easy to navigate. Cons I personally didn't find any difficulties in using this software. I thought it was easy to navigate and use very simply.
