Bringing Arctic Wolf on board was an asset to our team. Pros The software gives me a sense of security I didn't have before. You have a team on your side, watching your system 24/7. Alerts are sent via email of any impending security issues. Phone calls are made if there is an urgent security issue. Cons Integration was painless. Pros Ability for the platform to provide monitoring for edge traffic, north and south. Decent capability for monitored risk/vulnerabilities. Cons Have not integrated to other products that are in our technology stack. MDR capability is lacking. Performed two red-team exercises that resulted in failure to detect and respond.
