Pros La atención directa es buena, intercambiamos centenares de mails, llamadas y reuniones y formaciones online, demasiado! Cons Me recomendaron que me hiciera la web nueva porque así iba a ser menos problemático, yo solo quería añadir su motor de reservas y la gestión de clientes y bases de datos (CRM), me convencieron y lo que me vendieron fue un zapato del 47 cuando yo calzo un 42, necesitaba algo muy sencillo y ágil. La implementación de la aplicación requería semanas de pesada formación, poco ágil e intuitiva, a la vez que limitada digitalmente hablando, a nivel de facilidad de uso y de recursos que daba (un ejemplo, puede ser algo tan sencillo como no poder recortar o hacer una modificación básica de imagen). Cuando me pongo a diseñar y implementar el cambio de web estuvo dando problemas durante un año, no se veía la fecha, no se veía el punto de encuentro, imágenes, textos, con lo que tuve que estar revisando todos los eventos constantemente durante meses sin poderlos publicar porque no eran publicables y mientras el calendario seguía corriendo y los eventos sin publicar, todo esto reconocido por Tourknife, hasta tal punto que me ofrecieron pasarme a la aplicación usada para agencias de viajes, que todavía era más engorrosa y complicada de utilizar con un montón de opciones que no necesitaba. En resumen un año sin web, sin poderme dar de baja de Tourknife porque el Kit digital me cobraría los 2000€ y un montón de horas tiradas a la basura y ahora sigo sin web y me tengo que hacer otra.
