"Adept Concept"

Overall: Helps our business stay on top of our compliance requirements and document how we are compliant

Pros: Easy to get overview. Automated GAP analysis between new and old compliance documents.Good graphical reports.

Cons: Needs single sign on.Needs some improvement in the text based compliance reports.

"Review for Adept"

Overall: My overall experience with Adept is very good. Adept is a very good tool for compliance management and is currently a prerequisite for the company to maintain the rig's Acknowledgement of compliance.

Pros: Adept is user friendly and gives a good overview over the compliance status in the company. Adept has high focus on customers and gives great and quick support.

Cons: Adept works great for Compliance overview. When it comes to work environment and WEAC it would be beneficial if also tasks analysis could be included in the overview.

Alternatives Considered: Microsoft Excel
Reasons for Choosing Adept: Adept offers a good overview over relevant requirements, the compliance status of our units and facilitates for several users to use the system simultaneously. It is easy to share outstanding assessments with relevant personnel for them to verify.

"Rig Partner Review"

Overall: Good and the potential of the software is good. For our company it is down to knowledge and lack of day to day use of Adept that limits the benefit - not the software.

Pros: Easy the process of verifying and documenting compliance to applicable /Selected) rules & regulations

Cons: On some steps it does require some 'clicking' and configuration. Report configurator could pherhaps have multiple Generis report setup available.

"Adept compliance tool review - Norwegian oil and gas"

Overall: Demonstrating compliance with national legal and national/international industry requirements/standards applicable for the Norwegian oil and gas industy

Pros: Compliance management for the oil and gas industry is a very broad and complex matter, and the Adept tool has been a great help for us in managing this area in a good way, also demontrating control vs the authorities.

Cons: As an aministrator I have not spent enough time to learn all the details for all functionality, and there are some complex functionality that we do not use (e.g. setup for technical checklists)

Reasons for Choosing Adept: it was recommended to us - Adept is muched used for the Norwegian oil and das industy

"Track of updated requirements"

Pros: That updated requirement documents are available and that you can gap old versions against newer versions to see the changes.

Cons: There is not a simple system for reminding the users of updated requrements.
