### "Love Divi - Great design and great support."

June 15, 2025

5.0

I find Divi very intuitive and you can design lovely sights with it. Also, the few times I got stuck the support was excellent.

Pros

Great theme also in general for design. Furthermore, Fantastic support such as with \[sensitive content hidden\] and colleagues.

Cons

I am very happy with it so I can't write something I don't like as the price I am happy with, the support is great, and the features are great.

### "There's a Reason It's a Top Wordpress Theme/Builder"

May 4, 2026

5.0

Divi offers a convenient all-in-one solution and great customer support. They are my go-to for building a custom look without the custom code.

Pros

I've used them for many years, especially with content-rich sites where templating and information architecture are crucial. Divi lets me get things how I want them to look (including optimizing for responsiveness across different device sizes), and all without having to install a bunch of plugins or add custom code.

Cons

I'm more familiar with Divi 4; Divi 5 is taking some getting used to. But that's where support has been really helpful

Switched from

### "For website developers only"

July 18, 2026

1.0

Pretty negative overall. Even when I requested the VIP customer service to try and sort out the myriad of problems with this system, it kept putting me with thier chat bot that would give incorrect info. I'm paying for a person, why do you keep defauling to a stupid chat bot? Greed!

Pros

If you are a website developer or have 150hours to burn learning this system it looks like there is very little you couldn't do with this new system

Cons

If you are looking to build a website for yourself and have minimum 150 hours to read and view tutorials to understand the new Divi 5 system, then you might be happy once this product is actually out of public beta (they announced twice that it was in the 5 weeks I tried it out without them ever stating clearly in the begining it was beta. Dishonest!). I built and manage my own website through another drag and drop system that, while not as infinitely adjustable as Divi, is actually possible to understand and start building quickly. Spent over 100 hours to get a fundamental grasp on this uber complex building system and the overal confusing ecosystem of Elegant themes and started to understand but still unable to create the website I needed. They finally started relasing more instruction for the new Divi 5 system nearly a month into my experience instead of just the old info on thier Divi 4 system. Had already taught myself by then on my own time and suffering. When I couldn't afford to spend more time on this system and asked for a refund, I was 5 weeks in to the subscription and they flat out refused to refund anything because it was beyond 30 days. This despite selling me a public beta system without clearly indicating this, and not providing the needed documentation and tutorials for someone new like me to grasp how to use this incredibly complex system (everything effects most everything in their design). I'm sure if you use Divi already, once they are actually out of beta with all the glitches then you will be pleased, but for the rest of us I would steer far away from a system that is FAR beyond the average user from a company that really only seems to care about keeping your money with no accountability for their product. I'll glady add a revision to this review if they can prove me wrong about their greed and refund my subscription. Now waiting....

### "Divi 5.0 review: customer experience"

August 14, 2026

5.0

Incredible really...I learnt how to build the site intuitively and easily, without needing to read many articles or conduct much research at all. And their customer support is quite simply outstanding.

Pros

Exceptional value for money. The best investment I've ever made in a product for my business. Their editor is intuitive and easy to learn, and their customer support is absolutely outstanding. Their team help you promptly, and address complex technical challenges with ease.

Cons

There aren't really any cons...just a few areas where they could make some minor improvements in order to streamline the interface...but they're already working constantly to improve it. I've installed two updates since I began the site. So, there aren't really any issues.

### "Amazing product"

November 27, 2025

5.0

It's been a great journey so far. I've bought a lifetime license years ago and since then I've used it to build website for a lot of clients.

Pros

With Divi 5, Elegant Themes is back in the game. After some slow years Divi 5 is adding new features, increased speed and even better to bring ideas to life. In addition, the level of support is fantastic. Problems from small to big are solved within a day through the chat with real humans (specifically heroes \[sensitive content hidden\]).

Cons

Modules could be expanded on a bit, so less CSS is needed. It feels some modules are missing settings.

Alternatives considered

[Elementor](https://www.capterra.com/p/169468/Elementor/)

Reason for choosing Divi

Pricing of the lifetime deal was an investment, but over time it earned itself back over the yearly costs of other builders.

### "Thanks for your great support"

October 22, 2025

5.0

I’ve used Divi to build websites for years. It’s simple, it has far fewer bugs, and it doesn't suffer from the security vulnerabilities that plague Elementor.

Pros

Divi is a great web builder—a truly fantastic one—but their customer support is what truly sets them apart. They are the only ones who actually take the time to log into your website and find solutions for you.

Cons

Seriously, I love Divi. I’ve been using it for years, and every version is better than the last. I've recently been working with version 5 (first the alpha and now the beta) and I couldn't be happier. A lot of people joining the web design team come from Elementor, and once they work with Divi, they never want to touch Elementor again.

### "Great product, with great support."

August 4, 2025

Great! Coming from Elementor, you can see that there are companies that do care about customer service.

Pros

I used Elementor in the past, was happy with it. But their support wasnt good, mainly telling you that you have to purcahse plugins. DIVI support is from a different world. Great support, to the point, and a great willingness to make a better website.

Cons

Since I have to answer, maybe it's the additional plugins that are relatively expensive. But with their support, luckily not needed.

All experiences with Divi have been incredibly positive. I wish everything was this easy. From the learning curve to the creative possibilities to their unparalled support, I can honestly say I'm very happy.

Pros

Ease of use, unlimited creativity, amazing support. From the very first time of using and learning Divi, it's been absolutely fun to create on this platform.

Cons

Pros

The support is absolutely great. Even when there's a problem that's been caused by a bought plugin. You can do very much with the on board tools and create a nice looking website.

Cons

For special design purposes there is often custom code necessary. But it's provides by the support team. They even send videos with guidance on how to change your custom DiVi builder blocks. We are looking forward to use DiVi5 in the near future.

### "Divi Theme & Builder Review – A Game-Changer with a Few Quirks"

January 31, 2025

Divi by Elegant Themes is hands down one of the most powerful and user-friendly WordPress themes and page builders out there.

Pros

Whether you're a beginner looking to build a website without coding or an advanced developer wanting flexibility, Divi delivers in a big way.

Cons

While Divi is beginner-friendly, it still has a lot of options, which can be overwhelming at first. However, Elegant Themes offers great documentation and tutorials to help you get the hang of it.

### "Everything starts with Divi. "

November 21, 2024

5.0

Perhaps not easy to use "out of the box" per se, but very easy indeed to get started with the support of an experienced "Getting Started" in-person and/or online service provider who encourages DIY development.

Pros

Cost competitiveness; Awesomely efficient support technology and people. (Well, the screenspace of the support chat could be increased for use with 4K displays, but who's counting :) )

Cons

Almost nothing (I had to jump over a version release once, but that wasn't a big deal)

Reason for choosing Divi

Primarily because I prefer to "own" all my data, maintain local copies and backups, and restrict server side content location to our preferred service provider (currently VentraIP); and be able to relocate without hassles if and when required.

[Adobe Dreamweaver](https://www.capterra.com/p/233245/Adobe-Dreamweaver/)

The current version (v21.4) is getting tiered -- it hasn't been updated in 3 years. But even before that there was no comparison with the growing plethora of easier to use tools. Even further back (mid 1990s++), I edited html files in a text editor(e.g. vi). Funny how it seemed cool a the time. Nevertheless, I still use Dreamweaver for content "under the hood" (not public) of some sites. The best of all worlds.

### "Customization Powerhouse with a few Performance Hiccups"

August 9, 2024

4.0

Overall Divi is a good site builder we use Elementor as well and they each have advantages and disadvantages. The main thing is using the system the clients find easier to keep up with.

Pros

Some negatives of Divi include performance issues on larger websites, using shortcodes makes theme switching difficult, and plugin conflicts and issues with mobile responsiveness are high on the list.

Cons

What we appreciate about Divi is most clients say it is easy to use, can be customized without code, and has pre-made layouts and plugins. Works for both beginners and experienced users.

### "Invaluable support and troubleshooting assistance"

August 11, 2021

Divi helps a person like me in learning and working. I am involved in web design and the construction of online stores. I usually add products and list. I invested in Divi to put my online service store. Now I build other sites and shops with Divi.

Pros

Thank you very much to the whole team and all Divi maniacals for their support in solving WordPress problems. In particular, thank you very much for 72 hours of joint fight against language problems on the site. Thank you for any suggestions and ideas. The choice of your software was a hit... Not only because it's intuitive, not only because it's innovative, but above all, it has amazing support!

Cons

I have no objections. It's the best software on the market and it's being improved all the time.

I was tempted by the price. Then I met more positive reviews, especially the lack of negative ones. Then came the question of simplicity in operation. I also like YouTube ads so I can learn more about the features of this software. Above all, I am convinced by the technical support. In addition, there is also an interesting market for plugins and add-ons. All this makes this software - a perfect product.

### "Best website builder and superb Support"

June 6, 2022

5.0

I started building websites in 2020. At first, I tried custom themes, but they were very expensive (you need to hire a developer, and you depend on him for the whole project). Then, I used 2 other famous builders to try different options. I've migrated all these websites to Divi or I'm in the process of migrating them to Divi. I have large multinational websites built with Divi, and large e-commerce stores too. For more complex websites you'll need to buy some extras from the Marketplace (which is great, and it really has everything you need for big projects) or to hire a developer, but the underlying technology under everything is Divi for sure. For personal blogs, travel blogs, or small e-commerce websites, the basic subscription is more than enough. And the Support team, what can I say? They are amazing. I have only words of appreciation for them. This review is just a way to recognize their help and effort.

Pros

I love the ability to save a page, section, or layout, export it and use it all over the website, or export it to other websites and save A LOT of time. The builder is extremely intuitive, and there are a lot of online videos that help you in every situation. I just can't be more thankful to Divi, they are the core of my business.

Cons

Mega menus are very difficult to achieve in Divi.

Alternatives considered

[Elementor](https://www.capterra.com/p/169468/Elementor/)

Reason for choosing Divi

It lets you save a lot of time when building websites, and it's so much easier to use. You can create very professional websites with Divi, for big companies or big e-commerce stores, with better optimization scores than other builders.

### "Best website builder ever!"

January 31, 2025

5.0

I have been using Divi since it was created and I can see how much bigger it became. Sky is your limit! And it is a perfect tool for someone without IT background. As a designer I find it super user friendly and stable (in a way that I had no serious issues with it ever!). I have build probably more than 500 websites on it and would change it.

Pros

The product (Divi) is absolutely fantastic and you can build whatever you wish with it, even if you don't have IT background. They have amazing support, each time I need their help - they know all the answers and are super quick and professional.

Cons

Nothing! Really there is nothing I would change about Divi, my background is design and it is a great tool for people like me. I don't need anything other that what I have. At some point it was growing too fast and I got overwhelmed but as soon as I was able to catch up - it was all fine. And the support team was always there for me! Okay, I don't like presets... I feel like I am loosing a bit of control over what I do, but I get that they save time.

### "Divi Theme and it's positive Features"

September 26, 2023

5.0

Using Divi Theme you can create modern websites very quickly. The price of the theme is reasonable for the offered functionality and the licensing policy is very moderate compared to other themes. Therefore, I can still recommend the Divi theme for most websites.

Pros

When I first tried the Divi theme, I was very surprised that it doesn't require writing a single line of code to create responsive layouts. What I often had to painstakingly create directly in CSS can be done with Divi without even knowing what CSS is, by simply using a slider. There's no more backend where you have to paste shortcodes (and don't you dare forget a bracket!). You work directly on your site in Divi and see your changes immediately. This is a really big advantage compared to before where shortcodes were used or other page builders.Just clicked the wrong button and the layout slipped? Divi has an Undo function that lets you undo your last changes with just one click.Divi comes with a variety of modules. So you can easily add images, sliders, icons, texts, price lists, videos, newsletter forms, galleries, countdowns and much more to your site. Additional plugins are not necessary. This offers the advantage that your site will not be slowed down by a multitude of plugins.

Cons

Updates don't always seem to be tested very well by Elegant Themes - it has happened quite often that after an update some smaller things didn't work anymore. Or the new functions work for simple use cases, but cause problems in detail. The Divi backend (the Divi Builder) still feels very sluggish even after the latest performance improvements to the frontend. Working especially with longer pages often becomes a test of patience even with potent equipped servers ...

Reason for choosing Divi

in 2015 I just was intuitive. I didn't realize how it developed that successful, because easy to work with
