easy product to use and less expensive than other brands

Pros

Was very easy to use the software and the staff were very attentive

Cons

The billing goes monthly. I have one person for July and could not add her to the June bill so it would be just one transaction.

Pros

The company quickly modified the product to meet our needs and optimized it for our use.

Cons

At present, users are not prompted to enter at minimum their last 5 years of their education, employment or a combination of both so I have to prompt them. Also, references are able to submit their responses before completing all the questions.

I love the speed with which Certn can provide accurate background results.

Pros

It's easy to use and has a nice user interface.

Cons

There is really nothing that I can think of that the software is missing at least I haven't discovered anything yet.

Easy to use, great interface, exceptional value for money.

Cons

No commercial credit checks (yet). This is borderline negative, but I expect this product to form a central part of risk management for all our clients' needs.
