Pros

Fusion is user friendly. This is important to me as a non-techie person. I can easily move appointments via drag and drop. The taskbar is organized well. It makes finding folders super easy; it has pop up labels which remove the guesswork of plain symbol icons. Fusion also has an option to add keystroke shortcuts which makes writing notes faster. The evaluation list is quite helpful for report writing. Goals can be archived for later use and there's a goal bank. Along with the sleek simple design, these features make my workflow faster and less stressful.

Cons

Having a few more evaluations would be helpful. Also, extending the trial period for the goal bank would help because our busy days as clinicians doesn't leave us with much time to trial a new feature. Although it's a built in and necessary safety feature, I don't like updating my password every three months. Haha! Honestly, Fusion gives reminders for maybe one week that a password change will be in effect so that is actually helpful.

Excellent user experience for all aspects of patient/clinical record-keeping. Definitely a lifesaver in a busy office.

Pros

It completely streamlined all aspects of documentation in my setting. It was also easy and fairly intutive to learn how to use it.

Cons

I wish there were a few more options for formatting the color of non-billed meeting times I schedule for myself for tasks. The only option is making them gray. This makes it hard to differentiate between non-billed tasks of different importance. For example, because neither is billed, I can't choose different colors for time blocked off for my own prep vs for a parent call, even though these are very different types of tasks that it would help me to be able to visually discriminate when looking at my schedule.

I have been using fusion for approximately three years and it has worked well. The file and documents set ups work well however I have a hard time knowing which phone number goes with which person under ‘patient’.

Pros

I like the ease of use. I like that there are not frequent glitches so I can use the product efficiently all day long.

Cons

It is difficult to use on a smaller screen like a phone. I think it would be beneficial to create an app and allow notifications.

I am a huge fan of Fusion and have tried to convince previous employers to use it as well. It wasn't a make or break situation when looking for jobs, but if they had Fusion I was definitely more excited about the opportunity!

Pros

I love the visual notifications of incomplete documentation the most! This keeps me organized and assures that I am complying with insurance deadlines/requirements and helps tremendously with organization. The option to have in-app messaging is great and more efficient.

Cons

I wish there was a way to receive notifications via phone or watch. If there was even an app you could put on Apple products that gave you a notification such as "(initials) has checked in", that would be SO helpful.

My overall experience has been great from start to finish. Everything has felt smooth, efficient, and easy to navigate, which made the entire process much more enjoyable. I’ve appreciated how user-friendly everything is, along with how quickly I was able to learn and adapt to the system. Even when there were small areas of confusion at first, they became easier to understand over time. Overall, it has been a very positive experience that met my expectations and made things convenient and stress-free. I would feel confident continuing to use it in the future and would also recommend it to others.

Pros

One of the best things about it is how easy it is to use. From the very beginning, the setup process is simple, straightforward, and not overwhelming, which makes it accessible for anyone regardless of experience level. You don’t need any special skills or extra time to get started, and everything is designed to be user-friendly. Once it’s set up, navigating and using it feels natural and intuitive. This makes the overall experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. Whether you’re using it for the first time or regularly, the simplicity and ease of use really stand out and make a big difference in how convenient and efficient it is.

Cons

The scheduling and check-in process for appointments can feel a bit confusing, especially for new users. At first, it may not be immediately clear where to go or what steps to follow, which can make the experience slightly frustrating. There are a few parts of the system that could be more clearly organized or explained to help guide users through the process. With time and repeated use, it does become easier to understand, but the initial learning curve can still be a challenge. Providing clearer instructions or a more streamlined layout would make scheduling and checking in much more intuitive and user-friendly overall.

Overall, my experience with Fusion has been positive. It has made documentation more manageable and efficient in a fast-paced therapy setting. As a COTA, I value being able to quickly complete notes while still capturing meaningful clinical information, and Fusion allows me to do that. While there are a few areas for improvement, it is a reliable system that supports daily workflow and helps maintain organization and compliance.

Pros

Fusion is very user-friendly and makes daily documentation efficient. As a COTA, I appreciate how easy it is to navigate between patients, sessions, and notes without feeling overwhelmed. The templates help streamline documentation while still allowing room for clinical judgment and personalization. I also like that it keeps everything organized in one place, which saves time during busy days. Overall, it supports productivity without taking away from patient care.

Cons

At times, the system can be a little slow or lag when loading sessions or saving notes, especially during high-traffic times. Some features could be more customizable to better fit specific therapy settings, particularly in pediatrics. It would also be helpful if certain sections flowed more intuitively to reduce extra clicks during documentation.

Overall I like using it, it is easy and reliable. I like how it is easy to adjust your schedule, add or remove appointments.

Pros

Easy to use. Easy to access anywhere. I am able to adjust appointments as needed. I have only used customer support 1 time and never heard back.

Cons

Sometimes it will glitch and you cannot delete a note that is not started. Because this happened I cannot un-check my appointment. I have a note sitting in my cue for an event I didn't not do. I also do not like when you cannot move or delete a progress note reminder. In fusion some of us share kids, but it does not know that. I will get reminders for patients that are not on my caseload.

It has been overall a great system. I have been using for many years now, and find it the easiest to use compared to other systems.

Pros

It is simple, intuitive, and quick to learn. Less overwhelming compared to other systems. Scheduling is straightforward. Everything is all in one system.

Cons

Customer service in inconsistent (sometimes takes longer than it should to reach a rep) and customization limits for templates.

I use Fusion daily for work. It allows me to send out forms, emails, reports, create and move schedules around, etc. I honestly love the website and can't imagine not using it.

Pros

I like how it can be used for multiple different things. We can store patient information, we can fax records to PCPs, create forms and have them signed, create multiple schedules, etc. It's just an overall great website to use for any facility.

Cons

A lot of the time, parents have difficulty with the invite links that we send out to have them join the portal. However, customer support has been good when I give them a call to ask for help.

Help is quick and easy, navigating the program is easy for me now that I have used it for so long. I have chose to stay with Fusion because it is easy to use. But I do not feel upcoming increase is fair because I do not access any of those features.

Overall Fusion is a great program and very easy to use and learn quick. I love how easy it makes the communication within your clinic and how quick you are able to get notes done and also how quick you are able to access information that you may need quickly.

Pros

Fusion is a very easy program to learn and use daily. I was a student when I first started to use Fusion and it came naturally only during a short time period.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the hovering over time blocks to see appointments, profile, documents, and goals. I would prefer to have a separate page that we could access easily from the schedule board.

Overall I’ve had a very positive experience. There’s room for improvements, but I think it’s a great system and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.

Pros

I feel like it’s an easy program to learn. I also like how customizable certain aspects can be. I have been really happy overall.

Cons

When I first started with Fusion I had a personal rep who I could email directly with questions or issues. I really liked that. Now, the help is sent off to a queue and I often have to wait a while to get answers. I don’t think the new system is very effective.

Pros

I like spending less time on documentation so I can spend more time planning and treating. I appreciate that their customer support is responsive and makes changes as needed.

Cons

It took me a while to get used to it, but now I love it and how much it helps me manage my day-to-day billing and evaluation writing. My only feedback is sometimes it is hard to jump around in certain sections of evaluations (you have to start in the beginning again)

Pros

I like how intuitive the platform is from scheduling to patient notes. As a clinician charting takes up the biggest chunk of time so being able to type in the quick notes help.

Cons

However, this one is personal, the one thing I do think clinicians should have an option to a DARK MODE or DARK THEME to help with eye strain and blue light.

I had a very positive experience w this specific EHR system and would be happy to use it again if the opportunity arose.

Pros

What I liked the most about Fusion was how easy it was to learn / navigate and pick up quickly. It was very user friendly and I did not have to worry about figuring out the system and could focus on other aspects of starting a new position.

Cons

Nothing really, I felt like I was constantly getting reminders that there was going to be maintenance but never had an issue with it.

Overall, I enjoy using fusion as a clinician. It has its pros and cons like any good EMR but overall meets my needs and allows me to really keep track of my patient data with little to no problems. Great EMR system.

Pros

It’s very user friendly and keeps track of data well. Additionally, the documents tab is really useful when I need to search for a patient. Noted are also very easy to write within the system.

Cons

Scheduling reoccurring sessions as well as evaluations is a bit complicated especially if you need to change the dates for a patient.

We use it in a clinic that I’m at and I have never had any issues with it. It makes writing note so much faster and easy to navigate through client files as needed.

Pros

Easy to use a navigate. Never crashes and always saves everything I needed to. I have used other software’s and nothing compares to this one!

Cons

With other software‘s in the past they crash all the time and it never saves my work. That’s always made me have to go back and retype things that I had already worked on. Sometimes it doesn’t always update or refresh the home screen by itself, but I am not sure if that’s my own laptop or Wi-Fi that I am on. I overall love it.

I love FAEM and they're continuously launching new tools. What i look for in a partner is their customer service. Their support staff has addressed issues at all hours and on weekends. They mean it when they say they'll do anything for their customers.

Pros

I run multiple events each year and keeping vendors aps organized is always a pain. Not to mention vendors always forget to turn in documents. With FAEM i was able to make the application process electronic, find a few new vendors, bill my vendors online and didn't get any vendors mixed up this year! For an extra $5/booth i was able to manage all my vendor spaces and keep inventory of what was available on a cool map.

Cons

Building the map the first time was a little tedious but once I got the rhythm it was super easy.

Unlike some platforms we've used in the past, we really feel like the team at Fair and Event listen to customer feedback and are always striving to add innovative new features to benefit everyone. Support is available within the platform 24/7 via a nice interactive chat widget and the support team is always friendly, polite, and helpful. The vast array of features available really help our clients to excel, whether it be choosing the right vendors for their event or tracking their sales down to the cent - it is clear that the team not only knows how to make great software, but their experience in managing and running events really shines through.

Cons

The initial interface when the product first launched was slightly difficult to use until you knew where to look, but the Fair and Event team fixed this with a new revamped interface making the whole product experience clean and simple to use.

My experience with Fair and Event has been incredible, their team has worked endlessly multiple times to help me in various situations that were of the upmost importance to me and they truly took care of it with the same level of priority. To me that’s extremely valuable customer service and shows the strength in the relationships with the developers as well.

Pros

It’s ease of use makes it ideal because the learning curve is minimal and you should be off the ground in no time. If you’re looking to expand your website online/in person ticketing system then Fair and Event is a great way to go!

Cons

Things that could be better would be locking the map if possible or having an option to change more of the details within the seating plans if event plans change.
