The help chat they provide has been very useful and the ability to send a message and have it looked at a live agent also provides a level of assurance for me. Pros What I like most about eLogii is the general layout of the system and how easy it is to set-up and execute operations with. I came into my role which included the development and configuration of the eLogii system within our business which had no transport planning system whatsoever. Within a period of 2 months we were running live services using eLogii, with our native order platform feeding data directly into the system through their API. Being able to list your entire fleet, from drivers to vehicles and their capabilities all in one place has been a major factor for us as a business, especially with the Zones feature as our drivers have set runs which allows us to configure orders to be strictly optimized to those drivers. This is a major bonus when it comes to optimization, as combined with the feature for setting driver speeds you can really close in on accurate time frames for deliveries. On top of this the team at eLogii have been great, from Djurdjica taking any call requests or emails I have sent with issues or queries in a timely manner, to the over all business providing us with a package that suited both our needs and our budget, this really is a very good product for it's price. Cons For our business, we would like to see future development around being able to add further customization to the POD's. Being able to add more company colours and change the styling would help us enforce our brand image. Strangely enough our UI being simple and intuitive is something we receive a lot of positive feedback on from customers so we are sorry you don't seem to have had quite the same experience. They have pushed the boundaries of their software to accommodate my needs enabling me to identify resource requirement and validating the position that experience provided. The routes are efficient and I am looking forward to seeing them achieved in the coming months. I have been working with them on a very specific project which has been exceptionally demanding from both a time and resource perspective. Ability to use multiple devices with same log in credentials, this will help anyone in distribution settings where multiple users are using it in the same team. Easy access to any tasks for different department (Finance e.g. if they are not sure what was delivered). Cons Some settings are conditional to work only when another setting is turned on. This may be confusing at times. Support is great! Pros eLogii is one of the most robust routing systems we have ever used and can handle a tremendous amount of jobs very efficiently. Support has been very responsive and they have even been willing to add additional features and functionality specifically for our needs, which is rare in this industry. Cons We have run into issues with their API and really taxed their system. However, the team at eLogii has been very helpful in improving the API so that we can use it the way we need. The mobile Drivers App could use an improved and more intuitive UI but again, support has been willing to work with us in making improvements and we feel it will continue to improve for out field techs. This meant that we had to find a quick and efficient solution to getting our 100+ orders out daily. We stumbled upon eLogii after reading many positive reviews about the platform, and in particular, how user friendly their API was to integrate with. The team at eLogii welcomed us with open arms right at the start, and helped our in-house development team get to grips with the implementation of the platform. Fast forward 6 months later, eLogii is now an integral part of our daily delivery routing and planning workflow, helping our drivers deliver right across the UK. Cons Honestly - none, right now. At the start there were a few teething problems as I think eLogii was still fairly new to the market, however, after a few bug resolves later, the platform is great. We provide full language support, supporting a multitude of global languages. Users select the language they require from their dashboard. The language from our driver app can also be separately selected and does not have to be the same as the dashboard (or even other driver users i.e. we can support multiple languages needed within a single base of drivers). I also like the idea of the live tracking of the drivers, the customer facing page is working really well as per our reviews from customers. it also has been very good to get real time POD's as soon as the driver has completed the job. Cons Some of the routing elements for the multi day routes still have small issues, but we are working together to fix these issues. We did a lot of research to find the appropriate software that included everything we thought we needed and Elogii Not only provided that but also included other features we didn’t even know we needed. We have had many learning curves and growth in our business through the process of fitting this software into our operation. Every question we’ve had, got an immediate and comprehensive response and we could not be more grateful for the support we’ve had and how this software has allowed us to succeed in providing in house, home delivery this year. Pros The dashboard is really easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Every feature is easy to understand and makes sense for the purpose of the APP which is very beginner friendly given that we hadn’t had any experience with distribution before this. Elogii has very thorough training and support for the software. Anything that we came across that we needed help adapting to our needs was possible with the understanding and help of the Tech team. Cons The integration process was a bit complicated for us but it was probably more because of our lack of experience and Understanding when it came to handling the data. Other than that I would like to see the driver app be a little bit more developed to have an option to go back on a task or select a date to have an overview of the week perhaps. As we continue to grow and take note we will also love to share our thoughts and work to collaborate on a more efficient solution. But elogii and their team definitely Have thought things through and are very Mindful of foreseeing what one may need for a more satisfying and effective experience with the software Reason for choosing eLogii Elogii provides more than just an efficient route, it has all the customer and driver support tools you can ask for and that is why we chose this over the alternative products.
