It is working almost instantly with minimal issues. Support team is helping almost instantly if any issues arise. Pros I can optime routes more often and it allowed me to see which vehicle requirements I need for watch route. It gives me a more time to arrange correct transportation resources. Cons Can't assign a vehicle for a specific day. If I change the vehicle details it changes the whole history of the vehicle for that route. It is not realistic view for auditing process. Accessing PODs makes everyone life easier. Finally ability to create route for your fleet in minutes based on settings that are relevant to your organization and fleet is simple amazing. Pros Easy to use. Great support team. PODs are one click away, storing pictures of the load as well, completely eliminated filling PODs. Ability to use multiple devices with same log in credentials, this will help anyone in distribution settings where multiple users are using it in the same team. Helps create most optimal route for your fleet, with ability to monitor drivers progress through out the day. Easy access to any tasks for different department (Finance e.g. if they are not sure what was delivered). Cons Some settings are conditional to work only when another setting is turned on. This may be confusing at times. The system is very good. Support is great! Pros eLogii is one of the most robust routing systems we have ever used and can handle a tremendous amount of jobs very efficiently. Support has been very responsive and they have even been willing to add additional features and functionality specifically for our needs, which is rare in this industry. Cons We have run into issues with their API and really taxed their system. However, the team at eLogii has been very helpful in improving the API so that we can use it the way we need. The mobile Drivers App could use an improved and more intuitive UI but again, support has been willing to work with us in making improvements and we feel it will continue to improve for out field techs. The product itself does a great job of optimizing loads and routes. At a high level review we found it easily increase load density by 10%. Anytime there has been an issue support is always ready, available and providing timely resolution. Really a great product and company to work with. Pros Their customer service is excellent and the product fits our business requirements perfectly. Cons I am not sure there are any cons at this point. Three years of using the product and I have absolutely no reason to look elsewhere.
