Absolutely terrible

Nothing, this company has no leadership and the staff has no idea what theyre doing

Wow where do I start. What a disappointment Visitor Match turned out to be. First they lied- i signed up and paid for one of their services called Keyword match. They didnt deliver any data by the end of the first month, they then discontinued the service and didnt give me a refund. They then pulled it off the site and told me nothing is on the site so they dont know what I am referring to. I have screenshots though. Second their customer service is AWEFUL. No one k ows what they are doing and they give smug and sarcastic responses. Youll have to wait 5 days for a response, some of my emails never even got a response.They are a newer company and have a lot to work out. Their data pixel stops working randomly and to get them to fix it requires a lot of work. Their leadership, and i use that phrase lightly, leaves a lot to be desired. They need to take lessons on honesty, communication and management of their teamTheir onboarding is sketchy, its like they are learning the product when we are. No one at the company seems to k ow what is going on, its like the wild west over there

Its convenient for the customers and they enjoy having the options online.

Cons

all the items are not in the system so you have to constantly upload the pictures.

once we signed up for the software it was very easy for them to implement it weekly into our web sites headers and was easier to update just once a week we add it to our marketing platform's to update the data and that was all.

Pros

Able to deterministically determine the identity of your online web site's site visitors information "email, phone, name, address" and add them into a corrected advertisement campaign that will watch there online behaviors and interactions to determine the right time and place to place an ad in front of them for your company to produce either a sale or a lead. Or to educate the buyer for a future sale. 1. It raised our conversions. 2. It lowered our cost of acquisition per ad spend dollar amount per client. 3. increased our mortgage leads. 4. increased our reality leads.

Cons

Absolutely nothing the software performed as it was advertised.
