Pros Dank der cloudbasierten Struktur und der benutzerfreundlichen Oberfläche ist Timly leicht verständlich und intuitiv zu bedienen. Bei der Einführung und Integration des Tools wird zusätzlich ein ausführliches Onboarding angeboten, in dem alle Funktionen erklärt und offene Fragen beantwortet werden. Unterschiedlichste Assets lassen sich übersichtlich und strukturiert anlegen und bei Bedarf direkt mit Tickets verknüpfen. Bei der Ausgabe von Assets an die Belegschaft können entweder direkt, oder später per Mail Unterschriften zur Bestätigung des Erhalts angelegt werden. So ist der Verbleib und die Historie jederzeit komplett nachvollziehbar. Auch der Support reagiert sehr schnell und hilft bei individuellen Anliegen zuverlässig weiter. Cons Hier ist eigentlich nur die App (Stand 04/26, iOS) zu erwähnen, die hier und da noch kleinere Designprobleme aufweist. Beispielsweise ist der Button zum Scannen mit der Kamera als eine wesentliche Funktion recht klein geraten und hier und da gibt es bei Textfeldern Überschneidungen in der Darstellung. Cela nous permet de toujours savoir où est le matériel, de gagner du temps (pas de perte de temps à chercher), et d'optimiser des transport. Cons Le plus gros inconvénient ne vient pas du logiciel, mais de la rigueur de ces utilisateurs et de leur facilité à utiliser l'informatique.
