Pros Dank der cloudbasierten Struktur und der benutzerfreundlichen Oberfläche ist Timly leicht verständlich und intuitiv zu bedienen. Bei der Einführung und Integration des Tools wird zusätzlich ein ausführliches Onboarding angeboten, in dem alle Funktionen erklärt und offene Fragen beantwortet werden. Unterschiedlichste Assets lassen sich übersichtlich und strukturiert anlegen und bei Bedarf direkt mit Tickets verknüpfen. Bei der Ausgabe von Assets an die Belegschaft können entweder direkt, oder später per Mail Unterschriften zur Bestätigung des Erhalts angelegt werden. So ist der Verbleib und die Historie jederzeit komplett nachvollziehbar. Auch der Support reagiert sehr schnell und hilft bei individuellen Anliegen zuverlässig weiter. Cons Hier ist eigentlich nur die App (Stand 04/26, iOS) zu erwähnen, die hier und da noch kleinere Designprobleme aufweist. Beispielsweise ist der Button zum Scannen mit der Kamera als eine wesentliche Funktion recht klein geraten und hier und da gibt es bei Textfeldern Überschneidungen in der Darstellung. Timly hat hier aber immer ein offenes Ohr und arbeitet mit Sicherheit bereits an der Verbesserung dieser Themen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Onboarding-Prozess. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr gut begleitet und jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Fragen konnten unkompliziert gestellt werden und wurden stets schnell, zuverlässig und verständlich beantwortet, was den Einstieg in die Nutzung von Timly sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Alle relevanten Informationen – von Gerätestammdaten über Standorte bis hin zu Wartungsfristen und Einweisungsnachweisen – sind zentral gebündelt und jederzeit abrufbar. Das spart enorm viel Zeit und schafft eine Transparenz, die wir vorher so nicht hatten. Ein großer Vorteil ist das automatische Fristenmanagement. Wartungen und Prüfungen werden zuverlässig im Blick behalten, sodass keine Termine mehr übersehen werden. Das gibt mir ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit, auch im Hinblick auf Audits und gesetzliche Anforderungen. Im Arbeitsalltag erleichtert vor allem die Nutzung über QR-Codes den Zugriff auf die Geräte enorm. Informationen sind direkt vor Ort verfügbar, ohne lange suchen zu müssen. Besonders positiv fällt auch die einfache Defektmeldung auf: Meine Kolleginnen und Kollegen können Probleme schnell und unkompliziert melden, wodurch Hemmschwellen abgebaut werden. Cons Mir fällt es tatsächlich schwer, konkrete Kritikpunkte zu nennen, da ich mit Timly insgesamt sehr zufrieden bin und die Software meinen Arbeitsalltag spürbar erleichtert.Wenn ich mir eine Weiterentwicklung wünschen dürfte, dann wäre es eine noch bessere Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Notfallkoffern und Verbandskästen.
