BYGA changed our group in the best way. We are more organised, cutting edge when it comes to software, app, and registration integration... Their customer service is 11 out of 10. Above and beyond... One of the biggest things for us was being able to speak to someone consistently to help us make the change and work with us on a daily basis and ENSURE we got started and into implementation of the software and registration... Pros Wow... where do I start... EVERYTHING! From registration, payment plans, ease of use, scheduling component, communication platform, the APP, and did i mention OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! This group goes above and beyond! We have had software requests that happened in under 24 hours! That is unheard of with software and app development... If you want to be better and your best, team up with BYGA... b/c when you do, you join a TEAM and group that is innovative, FRIENDLY, and just GREAT PEOPLE! In the end, BYGA makes myself and our soccer club be more organised on the front and backend... There is just too much to list here... but you will not be disappointed but a HERO if you make the change! On a side note, one game changer is the Rostering of guests for teams. It is a game changer if you are running an Academy and have free flowing rosters... The ability to move players fluidly is truly a blessing for us with BYGA... The biggest beef I have is that we DIDN'T find BYGA sooner! Now that we have, we are so excited and happy and BETTER! HUGE part of BYGA is their customer service. BYGA customer service feels like part of our club - they respond quickly, they welcome customization requests of their product for our own needs and always work on developing new features to bring the organization management to another level. Our coaches, volunteers and member families have provided an amazing feedback on BYGA software and mobile app. It is user friendly and very intuitive. Cons That it didn’t exist earlier! Looking back, I don’t know how I Was even able to manage the club without BYGA. This software is irreplaceable. Very flexible customer support that is always looking how to help the club and continue working on its Byga platform for the best interest of their customers. Pros Great registration and communication platform that has helped Burlingame SC get organized so well in last few years. It provides an opportunity to easy run daily operations of the Club, manage our coaches and volunteers, run club wide and team scheduling, help our tryouts gets easily organized while evaluating players, provide player evaluation, parents survey. Cons I used in the past different platforms and I can only say positive about Byga. Reasons for choosing Byga Byga was soccer specific designed and made by people who have had soccer background and are very familiar with soccer industry and demands. They were super helpful and eager to make their product the best out there. Pros I used BYGA for our Recreation Soccer program. The admin functions are seamless, intuitive, convenient , and saved me tons of time. I highly recommend this to anyone!
