Pros It always seems to work for my organization team members. We haven't tried using it for clients yet, and we're hoping there is not an extensive signup/login process involved for them. If there is not, I will happily install the SDK on our client portal and upgrade to the pro plan. Cons The customer support team wasn't very helpful when I had questions about the SDK. It is simple, fast and very easy to use. In my organization, many of the team members are working from home and other remote locations and I need to connect with them regularly, and for this, I am using the Zoho Meeting tool. Cons But Zoho Meeting is terribly by comparison. Constant video/sync issues, blurred video and lag.
