I would highly recommend to all user types but especially to smaller groups where cost and time limits are important. Pros Zoho meeting is a very easy to use alternative to other meeting programs. The cost is by far the best price for casual users. During my usage I encountered no issues with quality, connectivity and the overall experience. One of the strong points users enjoyed was the lack of the need to download an app to their device. On a cost and quality basis this is an excellent program. Cons There were no issues encountered that caused me to have any cons to review. Pros It always seems to work for my organization team members. We haven't tried using it for clients yet, and we're hoping there is not an extensive signup/login process involved for them. If there is not, I will happily install the SDK on our client portal and upgrade to the pro plan. Cons The customer support team wasn't very helpful when I had questions about the SDK. Maybe I just wasn't talking to the right person for the less-used SDK. They were great with all other questions!
