I used the free trial. Found it straightforward to use, and had the basic features that I needed.

Cons

I think I'd like the option for people to be able to see my face when I'm speaking, in a small call-out box next to the actual slides. As far as I can tell, I can't make that happen.

Camera functionality. The main point which can be improved is to give the ability to the staff to see the attendees through webcam simultaneously.

Easy for everyone to use, but would really help to see video of the others.

Easy to use, fast, great! It is easy for everybody to get into the meetings.

Cons

Cannot see video of other participants. Customer service was not easily available.

Ease of use and very low price. Zoho meeting is way better than most other products

Cons

Screen recording is not in 60fps. 30fps sometimes feels clumsy, but considering the price, it's wonderful
