Pros There were several things that I like about the product, 1. ease of use for staff, 2. ease of use for the guest/trainer, 3. quality of the video and audio, 4. Quality of the reports (we are able to better assess the quality of the overall program and adjust as needed, and finally 5. being able to provide the guest trainer with a copy of a high quality product.
