Zoho meeting works very easy and similar to zoom but it is nice to have everything in one locations (emails, project, invoicing etc.)

Great experience so far! Everything has worked smoothly and been easy to figure out. I'm excited to try the SDK so I can host client meetings on my own client portal. I'm really glad they offer the SDK option.

Pros

It always seems to work for my organization team members. We haven't tried using it for clients yet, and we're hoping there is not an extensive signup/login process involved for them. If there is not, I will happily install the SDK on our client portal and upgrade to the pro plan.

Cons

The customer support team wasn't very helpful when I had questions about the SDK. Maybe I just wasn't talking to the right person for the less-used SDK. They were great with all other questions!

Generally positive: quick to set up, simple interface, and smooth meetings most of the time. But when it fails for a participant, it creates stress and backup planning.

Pros

Zoho Meeting feels like a solid, straightforward tool that fits well inside the Zoho ecosystem. Good experience overall, with one reliability hiccup. I like the ease of use and the fact it can sit in one platform with other Zoho tools. It helps keep workflows organized and allows some automation.

Cons

Reliability can be inconsistent for some attendees. I had a client who couldn’t get it working and sent screenshots, so I had to switch platforms last minute.

I think for those who aren't using online meeting every day this is a great option, in regards to functionality as well as ease of use.

Pros

The pricing is great, easy to use and its web based unless on your iphone. I am grateful that there is alternative to zoom's overpriced packages.

Cons

Sometimes the video quality isn't the best. The picture can sometimes be a bit fussy however it does not affect the meeting.
