Chief Communication Offer E-Learning Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great Product, Easy To Deploy and Great Audio & Video Quality" September 14, 2025 5.0 Great, apart from being easy to deploy, I love the audio transcriptions, as they are clean about 95% accurate and they integrate easily with Zoho Notes and Zoho Writer so they can be cleaned up by an outsourcer. Pros Extremely easy to deploy. Here in Africa people do not have the latest computers, so being able to meet within a fully functioning web app is critical. I have been on a call with a client, and they require a demo, and within 5 mins we are video chatting with Zoho meet, it is that powerful and easy to use. Cons Time Zones, are not dealt with well in Zoho Meeting. When I schedule a meeting in a time zone other than my own, Zoho meet, takes the attendees time zone by default. That means unless I make a mental notes that this time zone is not mine, I end up scheduling the meeting at a time convenient for the client, in their time zone, and not mine. This has lead to many missed meetings. They should be like Zoom which has a prompt reminding you of your own time zone, so that you book a time that is convenient for both yourself and your client. This is actually a real pain. Pros The sound quality was amazing. So far, I've just used the audio meetings - don't have a camera on my computer. Cons This is not a biggie, because the meeting still happened. Schedule the meeting caused a bit of confusion with some meeting participants. Some thought I was meeting them from Jamaica.
