### "Best lost&found software that exists"

We have a lot of different listings, since we are not a hotel but a property management company. Faundit helped us with creating a lost&found software for us and our guests to get their belongings back as soon as possible. They created extra options for the guests, so it was easier for us to find out where the guests stayed at and where the lost item could be. There is an easy way communicating with the people of Faundit.

Pros

This software is very easy to use and the people behind it are always there to support you. If you need a personal change, they will try their best to make this happen asap and in the way you want it. They are there to listen to you and help you were they can. I tested other software as well, but this is the best there was. Although there is not (yet) an automated matching process, it's very easy to match items yourself or to create a new matched item. Guests don't contact me anymore with questions, they just go ahead and pay the shipping label (which is cheaper than with other software!!). UPS comes to pick up the package so we don't even have to go to the postal office anymore. Overall positive points: - Cheapest shipping labels - UPS picks packages up - Easy matching - Easy in use - Guests don't contact me anymore (and I haven't even tried the app yet!)

Cons

After using it for a while, the list of lost items just keeps on growing and growing. I'd like it to see different folders with "left behind", "picked up", "open" and so on, just to have a better overview. That's the only "negative" thing I can think of :-)

Reason for choosing Faundit

Easiest in use, most personal communication (it felt like we were unique for Faundit and not like we were just another client), personal changes possible, pickup by UPS, cheapest shipping labels for guests.

### "Great lost&found solution for hotels!"

Pros

Faundit replaced home-made lost&found systems at several hotels I have been working at, and it has been a great change. Having all items logged in a database with a good search function makes the daily tasks much easier to handle for all employees. Furthermore, it saves us A LOT of time, not having to arrange the deliveries, collect payments from guests, use employee hours on going to the post office, etc. This is a great tool for hotels and I brought it with me to my new work place without hesitation.

Cons

I would prefer it nothing was deleted from the database after the 6 week period we keep items is over. It would be nice, to be able to search in older items as well as guests sometimes contacts us months after forgetting items at the hotel. Would also like to be able to make more internal notes. What I miss the most, is the option of logging an item that we have not found yet: If a guest contact us about a lost item, I would like to log it in, so if it is found, our staff already has all information on hand and knows that the guest is keen on getting their item returned.

Pure fraud.

Pros

It gave me hope for a solution. But the solution was wrong.

Cons

The task was to ship a forgotten item with post. Cost would be a couple of dollars. I was asked to pay 40 dollars

Hi Per, thank you for the feedback, although I feel it's not justified. We do offer multiple shipping options, including budget options. However, the hotel you stayed at has chosen not to offer this, and therefore, only the Express delivery was available to you. Our goal is to make the handling as easy as possible for our partners, so I'm sorry that we were unable to reunite you with your belongings - either by shipping or coordinating a pickup at the hotel.

### "Effortless Lost&Found items management"

It is a really nice system for managing lost&found items at a hotel property. Before having Faundit we had to go ourselves to the post office when we had to send forgotten items to guests. With Faundit we have saved a lot of time and ressources. The software is really easy to understand and it helps keeping a database of all forgotten items and their status. Since the guest pays direclty to Faundit, there isn't any bookeeping or financial cost to our property. Scheduling a Pick-up is as easy a to press a button, after packing the forgotten item with boxes and material provided by DHL. We are really satisfied with Faundit and we highly recommend it.

\-Easy to report missing items and keep updated lost items database - No money or credit cards involved. - Pick up directly at the hotel

I use it as a Front of House manager, to send our own products or items left behind by guests, it takes us almost no time to use, as is easy and the user interface is simple. Also takes a lot of weight from us as FaundIt takes care of the delivery and contact with the guests

Pros

Is easy to use, saves us as a company a lot of trouble and time, customer service is amazing. A life saver

Cons

None, i really like it and would recommend it without a doubt.

Pros

The system is very well thought through.

Cons

Still needs a bit more updates on what you can do within the webpage, but layout is very cool. Could be nice with an additional page for items that has been delivered from hotel to lost and found office(Police)

The staff from Faundit are most helpful, and it's been a great experience to collaborate with them. Our staff find the system manageable and our guest gets a good service. WIN/WIN Looking forward to 2021

Pros

Faundit is very easy to understand and it was very simple to incorporate in our daily workflow at our business.

Cons

If anything, Faundit should have started their business many years ago:-) It would have saved us time and many disorganized listes with lost and found.
