Customer service was unresponsive and kept delaying the refund. Extremely dissatisfied with the company Pros The program did not work on my computer so I can not evaluate. I was unable to get Customer Service to rectify the situation. Cons I asked for a refund within 2 days of purchase. The company refused to issue a refund at all. I contacted them repeatedly but they continued to ask for the same information I had given them. Very poor. They've always been easy to use and continue to have robust features added to them. But I feel like a lot of what I'm paying for is the convenience of having everything in one place. Of the features I use heavily, nearly all are available for free either on web-based portals or using default software that's already part of something I'm paying for (like Microsoft Clip Champ). Pros It's an easy all-in-one suite of video editing, converting and enhancement products, that seems to get better every year. Cons The price. Like most companies, it's a subscription model rather than a purchase model, which I greatly miss.
