The after service support is quite quick and feedbacks are appreciated at Pacoship so one feels part of Pacoship. Pros 1\. Simplicity. 2. Ease of Use. 3. Extremely quick results. 4. Reports are user defined so less use of paper. You print just what you need. PDF versions of reports are quite easy to share. Cons For my use have found Pacoship to be quite good and I have no cons to report at this time. It is clearly specialized and dedicated to investors and asset managers in shipping, and for that purpose, it has all that is needed to justify investment in a few steps. Data presentation is very convenient and decision-making based on the product outcomes is quite simple. No week points, at least as long as I am concerned. For that purpose, the product earns 10/10. Cons The product is a very straightforward solution for the problem the authors had in mind. It would be great if in the following releases authors add more detailed description of the operational expenses. And thus make the software more useful for shipowners.
