muy buena, permite realizar un control y seguimiento practico a la maquinaria y equipos que tenemos en la organizacion

software muy completo, da muchas opciones de consulta, control y seguimientos de los diferentes procedimientos de administración de flotas y activos

que no integra una ERP comercial y financiera y se debe interconectar con otros softwares y eso genera muchos errores en las interfaces.

En general el programa ha sido muy útil para lograr condensar toda la información del mantenimiento y tenerla disponible de una manera muy didáctica, a pesar de que tenga tantas opciones para realizar diferentes consultas, se podría mejorar generalizando las diferentes consultas con sus filtros correspondientes. El programa finalmente facilita el registro de datos y poder exportarlos en excel para realizar cualquier otro tipo de análisis que no esté programado como tal.

Pros

\-La gran ventaja que ofrece el programa es la sistematización de todo el plan de mantenimiento de una manera muy intuitiva. - Desplegar varios informes con diferentes tipos de características según la necesidad.

Cons

\-Lastimosamente no es programa que se pueda adaptar a procesos pequeños, cuando el área de mantenimiento es pequeña se requiere de muchas aprobaciones para realizar diferentes trabajos y vuelve muy engorrosa la ejecución.

Nos ha permitido controlar y gestionar el costo de mantenimiento, soporte a la gestión de cero averías de los equipos, aumentar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los activos con enfoque cero pérdidas. Permitió simplificar y ampliar la administración de planeación y programación del mantenimiento en niveles de corto, mediano y largo plazo.

Pros

Nos ha permitido organizar la gestión de captura de la información y data necesaria para análisis de averías y el enfoque cero pérdidas, flexibilidad de adaptación a las estructuras metodológicas de la administración del mantenimiento, despliegue de modelos RCM y TPM, e interacción con otras herramientas tecnológicas de apoyo a producción.

Cons

Aunque gran parte de la información está diseñada para ser usada a través de listas parametrizadas se tienen oportunidades de mejora trabajando para simplificar de registro de información manual para los técnicos de piso, y la integración de diseños de reportes con mejores opciones gráficas, interactivos y con opciones parametrización más flexible.

procesos de programación basados en buenas practicas, se nota la experiencia en el ámbito del transporte llevada a la plataforma.

Para una empresa que no tenga ningún software instalado para la gestión del mantenimiento es buena opción, es una ayuda para la gestión diaria

Es un software muy básico, los informes son en tablas, los indicadores deberían ser mas gerenciales, el manejo de ordenes correctivas es muy enredado y con muchos pasos, debería simplificarse mas para facilitar la interacción.

Pros

Es un software muy intuitivo con muchas posibilidades, muy amigable con el usuario y permite registrar todos los trabajos generados en mantenimiento

Cons

Es posible mejorar el incluir más opciones para la industria del entretenimiento pues al no ser una empresa de producción, la calidad y disponibilidad se calculan diferente.

Aunque que posee una plataforma muy versatil, el no poder adaptar el sistema a las necesidades o requerimientos de la empresa ha echo que otros usuarios migren a programas tradicionales como el excel, lo cual no permite que la informacion estándar para toda la compañía.

Posee una plataforma muy interactiva y con una capacitación mínima es de fácil uso para sus Usuarios

Cons

Que se han tenido que adaptar procedimientos de la empresa a las funcionalidades del software, encontrando en algunas ocasiones cuellos de botella en su utilización

Pros

Infomante permite almacenar y descargar información sobre la gestión que se desarrolla día a día desde la planeación, programación, supervisión y ejecución del mantenimiento en cada uno de los activos de la planta, ayudando tener un mayor control de las actividades, tiempo y costos en repuestos y mano de obra. Integra herramientas de mejora continua como el modulo de RCM, que ayuda a evaluar los equipos vs sus modos de falla y así lograr planes de mantenimiento mas efectivos o actividades relevantes para el activo. Permite visualizar la taxonomía de los activos de una forma clara y ordenada como lo exige estándares o normas como la ISO 14224. Infomante presenta muchas opciones de búsqueda de equipo cuando se necesita en alguno de los módulos. Permite elaborar, visualizar y modificar el plan de mantenimiento a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Permite la interacción y aprendizaje rápido de las personas de otras areas de la compañia que poco interactuan con el software, esto debido a la visualización y fácil manejo de los comandos del software.

Cons

Para realizar el proceso de gestión de una orden de trabajo se requiere seleccionar varios campos e ingresar a diferentes módulos para poder cambiar el estado de ot, fechas, cierre y archivar. En el proceso de modificación de algunos de los módulos no se ajusta a lo que requiere la empresa. Para realizar la integración de infomante con otro sistema de información es un poco complejo como SAP BO.

La implementación de infomante nos ha permitido sintetizar la información de nuestros activos y centralizar la información en un solo medio. Ha permitido llevar trazabilidad de consumos en equipos para las reparaciones historicas

Pros

La interacción con el solicitante es intuitiva y sencilla. El software esta basado en un modelo lógico de administración de mantenimiento, el cual fuerza a mejorar los procesos internos del departamento. Tiene herramientas de datos fáciles de extraer y la creación o administración de activos es sencilla sin mucha complejidad

Cons

Con la implementación de la APP, hubiera sido interesante el uso de interfaz con almacenes o consumo de repuestos, ya que esto es lo que demanda mayor tiempo en la operación diaria de consumo elementos. El uso de horometros y parametrización de activos con base en ellos para la generación automática de OT tipo S, podría ser menos compleja con tantas variables inmersas

En su momento por la facilidad y conocimiento en manejo de este, dado que en el grupo ya se conocía el manejo por parte de un funcionario y se logro evidenciar algunas bondades de este software que no se percibieron en los otros
