The platform was clean and simple, giving me increased confidence off-the-bat to properly use the platform. Pros I needed a platform to deliver and use training programs for exercise and TrainHeroic did this well. The user interface was clean and simple. Cons This is difficult because it wasn't that TrainHeroic had an issue, but the con is that I could not figure out a great way to integrate the platform with my EHR program for clinical rehab. If they had a membership platform that also integrated a website I would have stayed with them. Pros Simple to program individual exercises and tracking different sets and weights. They have a large library of movements but also the ability to quickly add your own. Cons The only thing I didn’t like was they did not have a “rounds + reps” option to record Metcon-style workouts. Members had to do math and record their session with total reps which was a little time consuming and required more effort than my members wanted after a tough workout. Pros The workout set-up is clean and easy to follow and create. Programming can be made relatively easy after getting used to the platform and planning process. Cons The platform itself is limited to just exercise and workouts and lacks direct communication to multiple groups and clients. There is a work around but it is bulky. The platform also has limitations by not being able to create resources like PDFs to include in programming. It is easy to copy and paste certain super sets/ straight sets Cons The software does not work well with Apple devices, it has been a conscious across our whole team that it takes a very long time to complete tasks because of the lag on the program.
