Previously, I was manually entering the actual data into Excel sheets before connecting them to Power BI, but this took a lot of time and was prone to errors and typos. During my research, I found Coupler.io, and I really liked how easy it was to connect to QuickBooks, as well as the speed at which it refreshed data. For example, if I enter a transaction into QuickBooks, it appears on my dashboard within minutes. The UI is also easy to use. I had a few queries regarding certain data formats, and the customer service was very good. I was able to book a call within a day of requesting one with \[sensitive content hidden\], who was really helpful and resolved my issue. From a pricing perspective, considering that the process is now almost completely error free and frees up my time to focus on more important tasks, I think it is definitely worth it. I estimate it will save me around 4 hours per month and allow me to be more productive. Pros It's easy to use. I was able to connect it to Power BI within a few minutes. The refresh happens very quickly. The customer service is really good, I had an issue and was able to book a call with \[sensitive content hidden\] within 24hr. and she helped me solve the issue It saves me around 4 hours every month, and I don't need to stress about the data being accurate. Cons The only issue is that there are certain P&L formats I would like to have. I can get the P&L by class from QuickBooks, but that report does not show the profit for each individual class, only the total profit. However, I found a workaround that allows me to have both. Coupler was so much easier to set up. The UI is intuitive, clean, and modern, as are the prebuilt dashboards they provide for platforms like Looker and PowerBI. Customer support was really helpful in walking us through setup as well. The ETL toolset is powerful, as is the wide breadth of options for connectors, because we're pulling in data from a variety of sources and need to transform it all in ways my team can't do ourselves for time & experience reasons. I still haven't delved as deeply as I plan to on their in-platform analytics dashboard and AI analysis tools, but am excited to try. Coupler.io solved that problem perfectly. The ability to choose your data source, define your destination sheet, and automate refresh frequency is incredibly powerful. Setup was straightforward, and within minutes I had raw QuickBooks data flowing directly into Google Sheets where I could build the exact reports and dashboards I needed. We’re a small nonprofit supporting athletic teams at a local high school, and being able to segment financials by sport and customize reports has been a game changer. Pros Coupler.io is so easy to implement. It is very intuitive to use and we saw benefit from using it almost immediately. Cons Nothing really comes to mind. I need to upgrade in order for it to handle our desired data volume but that seems fair. I have actively managed our Facebook and Instagram for the last four years. The native reporting provided by Meta (even in exported data) could not provide the level of detail that I needed to report back to our parish leadership regarding our efforts. Coupler.io has provided us with the ability to analyze increases content interactions year over year, our unique reach, and overall reactions (clicks, shares, comments). These details have enabled us to continue to justify our commitment and spend in terms of time and cost in our social platforms. Pros Coupler.io was exceptionally easy to use. I was able to get it configured in under 20 minutes, and was able to setup the automation to extract the user activity that I needed to create reports that explained the impact of our social media investment. Cons I did not have any issues or negative experiences working with Coupler.io. It is an excellent solution for extracting the activity details I was seeking.
