The ETL toolset is powerful, as is the wide breadth of options for connectors, because we're pulling in data from a variety of sources and need to transform it all in ways my team can't do ourselves for time & experience reasons. Pros Cost-effective solution compared to the rest of the market which is based on volume. Cons Could be improved with more sources but I guess it is in the work.
