Customer support was really helpful in walking us through setup as well. The ETL toolset is powerful, as is the wide breadth of options for connectors, because we're pulling in data from a variety of sources and need to transform it all in ways my team can't do ourselves for time & experience reasons. I still haven't delved as deeply as I plan to on their in-platform analytics dashboard and AI analysis tools, but am excited to try. Having over 50000 contact's information synced within 30 minutes is fantastic, and allowed us to easily transfer our reports. Coupler support has also been fantastic, helping us develop a solution to fit our needs. Would recommend to anyone who needs all their HubSpot information exported to Excel. Cons The biggest con with Coupler is it uses Hubspots internal labels, which may not be intuitive for some. Coupler.io allowed me to do it easily AND automate! Coupler.io has increased my efficiencies and made the process seamless. Pros I didn’t need massive IT knowledge to make my connection happen to get what I needed. That the process can be scheduled to be automated is a HUGE HUGE pro! Cons Figuring out the options took a lot of attempts to get to what I was trying to solve so that I wasn’t duplicate info at import.
