Overall, love gmail over any other email provider just wish it didn't do so much verification. Logs me and my employees out at least once a month and asks us to reverify ourselves.

Pros

I love the fact gmail, unlike other email providers retains your emails. I will go to look for important information and it will be there! So easy to use, I love that I can create labels to keep everything organized. It is also free which makes it great value!

Cons

It has a lot of bugs with logging in and staying logged in. I use gmail to create work emails for my employees. It asks for a phone number to make sure your human and won't accept mine more than 2 times. I need it to be mine for monitoring and recovery purposes if they were to leave the company so once it is created, I then have an extra step of changing the recovery phone number.

Gmail is for the the best email plateform. i use it with not pronlem. however it could be great to add the opportunity to have unread email in a click. if this already exist, then i have not yet been able to find it and i have searched for it

Pros

Gmail makes it simple to communicate with correspondant via emails. the division it offeres between the principals, spams and promotional emails makes it easye to manage and stay focussed on what you really want

Cons

i dont appreciate the unability to locate onread mails in a click. you see you have unread mails, but you scrools hundreds of mail pages and cant find it

Cons

Sending and receiving emails and organizing and managing emails has become easier with Gmail thus I got nothing to complain about.

Gmail is used all day every day in my role - the overall experience has been very positive because I need to respond quickly, not lose track of conversations, and the new AI tool they built in has been useful to summarize long threads.

Pros

Gmail has been the best email system to use for customer communication in my sales role. I used to use Outlook which was archaic, and now nothing slips through the cracks with Gmail.

Cons

At first the UI looked different than what I was used to, but after a brief adjustment period I found Gmail to be much more useful than previous email systems I was using before my current employer.

Gmail is user friendly by allowing you to filter through unread and read emails easier than other email services. Can also easily filter emails from different senders to find the exact email you are looking for.

Cons

Trying to delete emails can be a little difficult as when you sort by age, it sometimes only gives you a small amount of the emails for the requested dates.

Overall, I have used Gmail for years and have never been let down, and I have never used the 15GB storage to its maximum.

Pros

Without doubt the best value for money email account I have as it comes free with your Google account. So easy to use and you can have multiple email addresses without any costs. Whilst using this, I have never come across any bugs and issues preventing me from sending or receiving emails. Customisation is very easy with pre-defined themes and designs ready to select , and adding files and folders is a breeze.

Cons

The only downside is the 'sponsored' email messages you receive on a constant basis, but I just delete them.

Pros

Ease of usage. Its super easy to compose a message, attach a file and send the email on its way. There is no lag between sending and receiving

Cons

The limited free storage capacity. The capacity could be increased for longtime loyal users with a one time fee.

Pros

I love how Gmail handles my electronic messages on a seamless and simple UI. My favorite part is definitely its capabilities to manage external emails such as Hotmail, Yahoo Mail or even enterprise email addresses.

Cons

I don’t have too much to say about this part. Gmail can be more or less bodthered when you need to add external email addresses, but it depends a lot on the email address provider.

Always at peace knowing my data and files are secure from cyber attack since it offer very powerful security .Easily accessible from any device ,anywhere even when travelling I can use my phone . Many people are well familiar with it , I don't face any challenge when using it with my clients and colleagues.

Have had an amazing experience with Gmail ,I use it everyday and so far can't complain about anything.

Great, I have used Gmail for over 15+ years and have not had any issues. It is also a secure platform and easy to link to other google accounts.

Pros

Very easy format for both personal and professional email. The platform is easy to get up autoreply and aliases.

Cons

The actual message window for drafting emails isn't the best but it works. Also the functionality with attachements and excel sheets isn't as good as Outlook
