I have my account up to sort my emails according to Primary, Promotions, and Social, so that my primary account isn't flooded with promotions and social opportunities. It's incredibly easy to find messages and attachments that I'm looking for as well. There are also many customization options to personalize your account to your needs. Cons I've noticed at times that there is an abundance of spam emails I receive. They do get sorted into my "Spam" folder automatically, but there seems to be an increase in this number compared to previous systems I've used. Personally I've never had issues with Gmail and any time I've called customer support they were very friendly, outgoing, and helpful and I really appreciate that because there is nothing worse than the customer support being rude to the customer. Overall 10/10 experience. Pros The thing I like the most about this software is that it's very user friend and the interface design was done very well. I like how it's designed for people of all ages to use. I also really like how there are a lot of simple features, but also a lot of more complicated features like data sheets and stats for the individuals looking for those complicated features. Cons It's really hard to think of cons for this software because it really has everything one could need, but if there is one improvement that I think could be made would be have the processing time be a little faster because sometimes it can lag, but other than that I don't really have any cons. Simple , fast ,and easy to navigate. Lots of pros and cons but the pros outweigh the cons. Easy. Pros I thoroughly enjoy being able to search through my emails with the search engines. Its fast, easy to use, and has been my go to for over 7 years now. So definitely a solid 7/10 rating. Cons Their are minor improvements, like sorting through spam separately and also when I scroll down through my emails once I've clicked on an email and try to go back it always sends me back to the very top and thus makes me have to scroll way back down to the bottom where I left off. Pros I can easily create an account. Function is very simple. It’s not filled with junks and spams, and it has great storage space. Cons I am unable to change the domain… I guess it’s not a con considering that might be a paid feature. Other than that, there’s absolutely no cons I can think of. Pros The search box feature is very helpful in finding old documents or information necessary for work. Cons Customer service is absolutely terrible. In fact, customer service is nonexistent. I cannot get into an old email account, even though I have all documentation and prior emails to prove it is my account. Having customer service to communicate this with would be great. Pros Gmail has been useful to me since I started my school studies. I can send and receive important emails, although it is rare that I send "informal" emails, with friends or something like that. I prefer to use another messaging application. However, it is too easy to implement Gmail with other Google tools such as "Classroom" or "Google Drive" Cons There is nothing I really dislike about Gmail, maybe I would add a new function to delete emails already sent at any time, which were sent accidentally or by mistake. I've been a gmail user for 20 years . Gmail will always be my preferred to use no matter what. Cons What I don't like about gmail would be some of the navigation isn't simple to understand such as trying to simply find a way to get customer service, and another con what makes things difficult if you ever forget your password make sure you update cause you won't be able to access you gmail and will have to make a new gmail.
