Through use of Gmail I am able to do everything I need re: contacting patients and receiving contact from potential patients. Pros As a counselor in solo private practice, Gmail having a HIPAA compliant option has made my job a lot easier. It is amazing value for the money, and with a few clicks I was able to purchase my own custom domain so that my professional email isn't just @google.com. The design customization allows me not only to control how my inbox looks, but also, for example, what little image pops up when a patient or potential patient receives an email from me. I've not experienced any bugs nor issues while using Gmail for work so haven't needed to contact their customer support, but I'm sure it is as high quality as their product. Cons I can't think of anything I dislike about Gmail in all honesty - it provides the service it says it will, and does so consistantly. Review Source MT Musa T. Even swapped over from Yahoo to Google because of it mostly. Pros Easy and user-friendly. I use it personally, and I use it at work. Good value for money since for the most part it is free. Cons I cannot seem to fault it on much. I maybe would like more "themes" to select from. Maybe even the option of uploading my own. Pros It's the standard for email. Their search function is still to be beaten, puts the competition to shame. Cons The advertising is certainly annoying, and it has become more intrusive over the years. The priority inbox is loved my many but not me... Pros Gmail has been the best email system to use for customer communication in my sales role. I used to use Outlook which was archaic, and now nothing slips through the cracks with Gmail. Cons At first the UI looked different than what I was used to, but after a brief adjustment period I found Gmail to be much more useful than previous email systems I was using before my current employer. Also it's easy to customise different folders and organise my emails. Works well on different Operational Systems, which is great. Have some auto-organising folders by Main, promotions and social which is quite useful. Cons To be honest, I have nothing to complain, but maybe increase the free space from 15gb to 20gb, as it is 15gd for a very long time and file sizes have increased a lot in the last years. I would say a recent inconvenience that I have run into is the fact that I cannot listen to solely audio recording in Gmail without download an extension to assist.
