Pros The thing I like the most about Gmail is the fact that you can several different accounts and track all of them through the app simultaneously. Cons The thing I dislike the most is the limitation on how you are able to recover an account. Pros I've been an e-mail systems admin for over 10 years and Gmail is the cornerstone of the industry. Safety, ant-spam, retention, reliability...these are the things that come to my mind when thinking of Gmail to say the least. Cons It is sometimes a harsh to sync legacy tools using outdated POP or IMAP connections, they refer them to as "Less secure apps" but once you dig around you'll find a way to get things going for your clients in a bit.
