When starting my private practice, I decided to go with Gmail as it provided a BAA in order to make sure that my documents were HIPAA compliant. This has allowed me to take things to the next level as a private practice. Cons Gmail has it's flaws just like any other application. It is easy to set up, and takes our user security seriously. The app is also super easy to use. Cons I really don’t have any issues with Gmail- I stopped using my yahoo account as soon as I switched over, as gmail is so much more efficient. Cons Logging into Gmail can be frustrating if this controlled without extra options for authenticators.
