Gmail is simple with the difficult process - where it has everything it needs, without providing too much, theres no back door or a dark tunnel a user can accidentally slip in while on the app. Pros Ive been using gmail for over 10 years and it has only crapped the bed once, majorly. Other than that, this is the easiest mailbox interface ive ever used, its easy to use, organize and find important emails. Sending between users is simple. Cons I honestly cant think of anything. Recently I found a way to bulk delete my junk email which worked great clean up the inbox. Pros Gmail is really easy to use, it offers the ability flag, sort, etc. The ability to sort out the bulk of the promotional email makes reviewing new mail much quicker. Cons I get too much email!! That aside there are ways to bulk delete gmail which work very well to get rid of the junk. Cons Accidental deletion of sent emails to offload storage space led me to not being able to recover them for search needs. Would love to be able to integrate a payment into forms.
