Pros It's alright overall but I hate that Gmail on mobile will make your email formatted horribly with different font / size / colors all over the place, and you don't see this until you send the email and see it ON DESKTOP. Cons Also bad UX / UI like when it suggests sentence completion on mobile --- how are we supposed to know to double tap to accept the suggestion? I had to ask ChatGPT. Also they will force you into upgrading space and hit you with technical glitches that force you to pay more. Google has the worst customer ervice in the industry and this is commonly known and undisputed. It meets all of my needs and I honestly have no complaints! Pros I like that gmail is an easy to use platform for any email needs. I like that I can easily select a full page of emails to delete, if ive had a lot of spam it’s nice to be able to delete a lot in one go. Cons My least favourite thing would be when I’m on gmail on my iPad, the icons at the side aren’t labelled until you click on them. Pros Gmail organizes all of my messages in one place, and it functions in cooperation with my G-Suite apps perfectly. Additionally, multiple 3rd party apps can be incorporated, adding efficiencies and functionality. Gmail also allows me to categorize and organize my messages, and the Google search function makes it easy to find items. Cons Some of the buttons in the preview/organizer area are inconveniently positioned. For example, the "Mark As Read" button is next to the "Delete" button, which is also next to the "Archive" button. This results in accidental deletions or archiving.
