Much easier to stay on top of emails and manage the inbox. Pros The way it links across multiple other programmes. The ability to easily organise emails into difference folder and assign labels is also very helpful for retaining and easily re-reading important emails. Cons I seem to be getting more promotion ads / emails - titled 'sponsored' - these are unwanted and often make me think I have mistakenly signed up for it. I don't like this feature. Also the search function isn’t great when trying to find old emails but then again none seem to be. Pros ive had free version forever now. the add ons do cost you, so watch out when you set your account up. i use gmail for my business and personal, seperate accounts and love it. i know being free, cant really complain. but tryin be honest here Cons i wish once i spam or block a incoming message they are blocked forever and also erase messages both older than 30 days, or unread after 30 days and id be a hundred percent gmail. just gets annoying to have to erase constantly and at 50 msgs a click takes a while ill change my actual rating should these issues get resolved.
