It is user friendly and has good features especially while integrating with other products. In general it is a good product. Pros It is easy to use and has a good amount of cloud storage, and integrates well with the google drive. Cons The spam features of gmail are a bit lacking since it allows a lot of spam to go through your inbox. Pros I was impressed at how easy it is to register and get set up. My favorite thing about gmail is the scope of customization it allows. Unlike other mailing apps Cons I've had some issues with the customer support team being a bit slow to respond to my queries.Additionally, I've noticed that the mobile app doesn't always sync properly with the desktop version, which can be frustrating. March 11, 2025 5.0 I enjoy using Gmail not only for my email app but also for login in to other websites easily. Pros I have been using Gmail for 10years and it keeps getting better and better. One thing I like most the ease at which I could easily flag spam and fishy emails. In once click, I could stop any unwanted emails from hitting my inbox. Gmail also actively protects your account from hacks with the way it connects with my phone to verify logins. Cons Just like any other apps. Gmail is not perfect, my complain is mostly on the mobile Gmail version which makes it super hard for me to access features I mostly enjoy in the online version. May 19, 2025 5.0 I love Gmail's functionality, sleek look, easy organization and that it is easily accessable from anywhere and on any device! Pros I love that you can easily send and locate emails. I love the search feature and that you can personalize your Gmail account. I like that you can setup meetings, schedule emails, and even personalize your sign off message. Cons I don't love the limited file sharing size, this makes it difficult sometimes to get things to the right place/people. I also notice that when you are having a conversation in one email thread for a while, it can become messy navigating previous responses as you have to open the long list of previously sent emails within that thread. Pros Once you get used to the way Gmail functions, it really makes sense and is easy to use. I like the way emails are collated so that you have the full trail. It has good grouping and labeling functionality and I like that you can assign emails to pathways automatically. Cons It is difficult and slow to delete historical emails in bulk. They now have the functionality to search your email from Gemini - their AI system - and that search is better than the direct email search in Gmail. I think they should rather improve search within Gmail rather than externally.
