Cons Gmail offers free storage, however, if someone tends to have large attachments it can become full and one may have to purchase more storage. Also allow email encryption that protect data loss.The phishing and spam protection feature detects and block suspicious emails . Cons Google or Gmail it’s the same doesn’t offer pro mail service and I find this less good, you have to go through third service and connect to the suite which not always goes well. Cons Automatically set up for "focused" inbox. I was missing some emails from my inbox (which was the only folder being synced to my desktop MS Outlook) and later found they were going to a "Focus" folder called "Updates" that I didn't know existed. Pros I've been using this email platform since it was created when you had to be invited to use it. Back then it was surprising how fast it loaded because others failed in that regard. I like the intuitive nature of Gmail. I like that it allows me to sort find and organize my emails into folders or star emails I want to access quickly. It also has a strong spam filter if you take the time to set it up properly, it eliminates junk with ease.
