It’s reliable, easy to use, and makes it simple to send, receive, and organize emails. It also works well with other Google tools. Pros I like that Gmail is easy to use and does a good job organizing emails. The search feature makes it really easy to find old emails, and it filters spam pretty well so my inbox doesn’t get cluttered. Cons Sometimes the inbox can still get overwhelming because I receive a lot of emails. It can also be a little confusing when emails get sorted into different tabs like Promotions or Updates. Pros The ease of use and the accessibility of access when you gave a number of email addresses to skim through. Cons The way you have to delete emails. There should be a quiker way to highlight and delete when your trying to roll through 300 emails a day. Would definitely recommend it to anyone not using gmail. Pros Clean and simple to use for non technical people. And very reliable since long time. Never had any issues of lost emails or not receiving emails. Service is always on point. Cons Recently there's a few ads that are added to the emails and feels like there's a privacy concern because those ads are somehow related to some emails that I receive. I can change how to display my inbox and use different settings than my coworkers. I've never had a bug; it seems to work flawlessly and as designed. The cost for business is folded into a Google Workspace plan that seems reasonable for the price. Cons My only nitpick is that it stacks emails together that are similar, which is great most of the time but it tends to stack multiple submissions from the same form together and they should be treated separately. There's no way for me to use threaded display while keeping unrelated submissions on the same form separate. The workaround is too complicated and finicky to be practical. Pros Ease of use, it is a whole SAAS, you don't need to install any APP or software in advance, but if you want, the APP or software also easy to use, unlike traditionally if you use outlook, you still need to set up some configuration, such as SMTP or POP. Cons Not easy to to find the email chain by topic or related CC or BCC. For example, if I use 'xxx yy' as keyword, it will 'too smart' to find all emails having content in 'xxx' or 'yy', instead of showing all emails with 'xxx yy' firstly. Pros The best part of Gmail is most people have it or are very familiar with it. It is quality and priced for most people. It is professional yet also simple enough for most people to use. There is security in knowing you are part of a large corporation that is devoted to excellence. Cons I haven't found anything to not like about Gmail. I have had an account for nearly 20 years and do not have any want or need to try and switch to a different email provider. Pros I have had a Gmail account for approximately 18 years now. I started using a Gmail when I was about 16 years old which just goes to show you how easy it is to use. I like that your Gmail account can be customized to your preferred design which I tend to change seasonally to make it more visually appealing for myself. I have not had to pay for my Gmail account since having it however you can pay for additional storage if needed but overall free which makes it even better. Gmail offers multiple ways to help store and customize your email for better organization which is also helpful when trying to clear out your inbox while saving emails that are important. I have had limited issues since having a Gmail account but the customer support chat online is very user friendly when I have needed to use it. As a person who has multiple different email accounts I also like the ability that I have to link all of my Gmail accounts together to make it easier to jump between them. Cons So far there is not really anything that I do not like about my email account. Since I have had my email account for 18 plus years I have an over abundance of spam and unread emails which has now caused me to run out of storage space for my main account. I wish there was an easier way to go through and delete old and unneeded emails. I love that it typically doesn't give me ads and things I don't want to see. I want email and that is what it gives me. Pros I love that Google is very easy to use and works syncing in other email systems. I can get access anywhere there is an internet connection. An at Gmail.com tells me this is someone who might be tech-savvy. Cons I dislike the layout on a web browser and the settings to create a signature. You have this intuitive product and the layout is still as if only personal users are using this. For business, the layout is very poor. I'm happy to try out new feature,s and some of the AI tools have been genuinely helpful, but the notification banners themselves are cumbersome and get in the way of what I need to use the app for. Gmail also has many customization options for inbox types, tabs and density settings. It is excellent for filtering out unwanted and spam mails. Cons Love the app however i feel like the customer service is little limited when it comes to the free version. I especially like the subfolders and ways that it syncs with drive to store documents, pictures, etc. It sends messages easily and offers a decent amount of free storage. It presorts advertisements into subcategories that helps keep my main inbox clear. Cons It does has limits on the size and quantity of pictures that can be sent, and pictures sometimes take some time to go through and be received. It is also not streamlined to batch delete hundreds of spam emails. The interface is better than some of their competitors. I love the chat function for our company as well. Pros I like Gmail because it's user-friendly. I like to play with the customization options as well to match my aesthetic. I've rarely had bugs and issues with my Gmail account. If we do have any issues the customer support team gets them fixed very quickly. The reporting aspect is also nice especially for our business when we run campaigns and would like to know who all clicked the email or reviewed the contents of the email. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of corporate Gmail pricing. Overall, if price is not a consideration, I'll always choose gmail over other options. Pros What I like most about Gmail is its simplicity and ease of use. As a startup owner, I think this is the way to go. User setup is easy; even someone with a limited technical background can get around it. It's also integrated with several crm's, which makes it a convenient option. Cons The reaction button is only available on personal email accounts and is not offered for corporate accounts. I think this could also be great, so we don't necessarily need to respond to emails that are just an FYI.
