Pros It's easy to integrate with other platforms and makes sign in very easy - using the account means you don't have to log in to a hundred other places and track pws. It's industry standard for reliability and customer support, and always being updated so a user feels secure that you're not downloading viruses. Cons I really dislike the interface of the inbox and how replies and attachments get buried in the threads. You can really miss something if you're skimming and short on time. I like that I can schedule emails. I wish they had a way to delete emails easier. Hotmail has sweep which makes getting rid of emails a lot easier. Pros I like that it's convenient and I can use my email to set my laptop and when I need a new laptop all I need to do is sync up my account, I can automatically bring over my extensions and bookmarks and passwords. Cons I run out of space so easily with Gmail in certain accounts. And I always wonder how much information Google gathers from us.
