I like all the ways to organize emails in different folds and connect them to a calendar. Pros Gmail is very popular and used among many individuals which makes it easy to find informational videos or article on its functions. When you have a history of Microsoft integrations, it just doesn’t seem to make as much sense to use Gmail. Pros It does what an email provider should do. Easy to set up different accounts for your organisation. Free. Cons It’s an individual preference and could change but I prefer Outlook/Microsoft mail up to now although I use both. Pros The new Chat feature is very helpful and allows me to stay productive while connecting with colleagues on important matters Cons A downside is the fact that it won't allow for you to remove an attachment; you have to delete the entire message to remove large attachments. Pros It is easy to use and I have very little problems when navigating with gmail. Easy to access and send emails with minimal to no error. Cons I honestly cannot say that I have anything negative about gmail. I have been using them for personal and work emails for a long time. Pros I love that i am able to link my other older email accounts i.e. yahoo, mail.com etc to GMAIL. Having the ability to open one platform and have all my mail in one spot is wonderful. It saves so much time rather than having to open three individual apps. Cons It gets full quickly and i have to go in and select and move individual spam if on phone. However on computer i am able to select all and move or delete. It's been here for a long time, reliable and the team is always optimizing the UX. Cons The least I like about Gmail is that the design did not change over years. I was hoping the design team would improve the design. I don't hate it, but some UX UI improvements would make it better.
