Pros There is little bugs and issues when it comes to how streamlined using this email client is. Great value for your money to just sign up and enjoy the ease of use. Makes tasks easier to manage by implementing automation to replies and such, with great design customization and customization options to create a suitable workflow Cons Nothing too critical since the software guides you well enough, but I would say it is the lack of a human support line. All of my other accounts were created with more protection and have never had a problem. I've used my main gmail account for all of my personal contacts and my other gmail accounts for business. It has served me well over the years. What I like best is that a Google gmail account entitles me to many other functions and software that help my business for free. Some are paid. For instance I created a free YouTube channel from my account for my business. This package of Google products is easy to locate within my gmail account at the top right. I can also use it with other software that needs an email account. Pros I've been using Gmail for over ten years because it's easy to use and customize, and it's free. I use it to contact people for personal as well as for business contacts, many of whom use gmail as well. Cons Out of all of my email providers, gmail is the only email account of mine that has been hacked. However, this was a number of years ago before 2-step authentation and other security options that it now offers. However, after many years I thought it was safe, but currently that same email address was used to create a fraudulent ebay account in my name. I fixed the problem, but it was troublesome. Really convenient app to handle multiple email accounts and swap among them with just one movement Pros Gmail allows me to keep track of my emails in an easy way. The app is able to sort my emails depending on their topic, which makes it really convenient because I can avoid updates and notifications when I want to look for my main inbox. It is really easy to handle multiple accounts in my mobile phone, allowing me to check different inbox without sign out of one account. Cons I have not had any trouble with Gmail at the moment. I don’t think I’d change Gmail as it has everything you need Pros Gmail has the perfect interface. It’s really easy to use and intuitive. I have options for organizing my inbox and making sure important emails stay within easy reach. I also like the security options as I can set them up according to my needs and don’t be concerned about someone else accessing to my Gmail account. Also it is very important that with my Gmail account I don’t have to create accounts on other websites as they have the Gmail logging option that saves a lot of time. I like that it is easy to use especially integrating with multiple websites as a log in. I enjoy it most because it is free to use -- definitely a bang for your buck. The interface is also easy to use, easy to customize whether we want a white/dark version. Bugs and issues are also easily addressed. Newsletters are few as well so it's not something that's most bothering. Customer service is also good. Cons I think since it is a common email provider, it might be a little difficult to create a username that will be easily remembered. I can change how to display my inbox and use different settings than my coworkers. I've never had a bug; it seems to work flawlessly and as designed. The cost for business is folded into a Google Workspace plan that seems reasonable for the price. Cons My only nitpick is that it stacks emails together that are similar, which is great most of the time but it tends to stack multiple submissions from the same form together and they should be treated separately. Cons Not easy to to find the email chain by topic or related CC or BCC. For example, if I use 'xxx yy' as keyword, it will 'too smart' to find all emails having content in 'xxx' or 'yy', instead of showing all emails with 'xxx yy' firstly. I'm not a fan of the program now using AI for certain things but there's a lot more to like about it and I will continue to use it for my personal and business email. Pros I love that my "important" emails are separated from the things that are most likely junk mail. I also appreciate that I can create various files to store different emails. Cons I wish it were easier to locate messages in the trash folder. I also dislike that when I email images to myself it sometimes takes up to 10 minutes to receive.
