The interface is better than some of their competitors. I love the chat function for our company as well. Pros I like Gmail because it's user-friendly. I like to play with the customization options as well to match my aesthetic. I've rarely had bugs and issues with my Gmail account. If we do have any issues the customer support team gets them fixed very quickly. The reporting aspect is also nice especially for our business when we run campaigns and would like to know who all clicked the email or reviewed the contents of the email. Cons I wish there was more customization options. An option to input a personal picture for the background would be nice. I can send almost all kind of documents, and even big attachments get shared as links, so perfect. Also with gmail, your emails are safe as long as you don't delete them, l like how gmail has spam as well as how it filters suspicious mails. I give it a 10 out of 10 in terms of usefulness, value for money, ease of use, and functionality. Pros I have used gmail, and other kinds of emails but l find it to just be the best and the most functional. It stays up to date, always improves its features yearly, and l have never had hacking issues with it. l feel safe sending private emails without fear of suspicious activity. the amount of storage offered is awesome. Cons Honestly, nothing, gmail is the best version of a software for mails out there, well at least for me. Very good for integration. I have used gmail for a very long time. Because it is way better with deleting spam and such. Pros The ease of use. And that it has a lot of different products that are useful. I like that it's easy to sign up, etc. Cons The price keeps increasing for business, etc. Storage starts limiting. I dont like that it escalates pretty quick with this. I wish it would help me delete even more spam or junk mail faster. October 6, 2025 5.0 I enjoy using Gmail to let other departments know what I need from them, to assign them tasks, to have direct message communication with one or more people at a time, and I use the Calendar daily. Pros The ease of use to go through emails, separate them into different folders, and create new ones. We use the Gmail Chat within out organization for all departments and for DMs. The Gmail Calendar is fantastic as well, and is asily customizable. Cons We really haven't run into any faults with Gmail so far. We use the Chat instead of Slack, the emails instead of Microsoft, and we like ease of use better. Compared to Outlook, the built-in tabs, which separate Primary, Promotions, Social, Updates & Forums, are really helpful in keeping the inbox clean. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of corporate Gmail pricing. Overall, if price is not a consideration, I'll always choose gmail over other options. Pros What I like most about Gmail is its simplicity and ease of use. As a startup owner, I think this is the way to go. User setup is easy; even someone with a limited technical background can get around it. It's also integrated with several crm's, which makes it a convenient option. Cons The reaction button is only available on personal email accounts and is not offered for corporate accounts. I think this could also be great, so we don't necessarily need to respond to emails that are just an FYI. Every time I forget my password, I can do so quickly and efficiently. Pros Format. Interface. Organization. It's free, so that's great. I've never had issues with customer support or when reporting something. I like how you can customize the interface and how you can organize your emails in many ways. Cons Emails get lost at times, even when using the search option. I easily get my passwords confused and sometimes with the 2-step verification it is impossible to reset it without having your computer, your phone and other devices on hand. I'm not a fan of the program now using AI for certain things but there's a lot more to like about it and I will continue to use it for my personal and business email. Pros I love that my "important" emails are separated from the things that are most likely junk mail. I also appreciate that I can create various files to store different emails. Cons I wish it were easier to locate messages in the trash folder. I also dislike that when I email images to myself it sometimes takes up to 10 minutes to receive. And I wish that it was easier to search a list of folders. I think there could be more layout options Pros I like that rules can be written to direct mail into set up folders to ensure you can manage your inbox well , this helps greatly if you have a large amount of email traffic to ensure you can work through these and know where they are saved into to refer back to. Still have it connected so that I can access the history of emails since I was forced to switch to another carrier. Pros It is easy to set up a gmail for receiving mail. It allowed me to make the folders I needed to direct mail correctly. I was able to set up mail forwarding for my old email inbox that I was fazing out. Cons Vendors had issues sending me emails and got messages back that their mail was undeliverable due to the email looking like spam. I don't appreciate the junk mail Pros I love the way the emails are organized, having promotions and social ones automatically separated. I find it easy to create folders for organizing and enjoy the entire google suite, so having a gmail address that I can also use for forms is so helpful. Cons when I get overloaded with unread emails I haven't found an easy way to sift through them and clear out my email box. I often find that if I use Google to log in to a website, it seems like I am automatically added to email lists and that's a pain.
