J'ai aussi aimé la possibilité de filtrer les e-mails car ça m'a permis de retrouver mes anciens emails qui date de plusieurs années. L'onglet "Spam" aussi est un bijou, parce que ça évite certains phishing et autre types de piratage. It provides more features than any other email service providers so that I can say most of users are interested in using it and switching from other options. But still cons are needed to be resolved to make great customer experience. Pros There are some features I want mention here like Search and Filter, Auto-responder, Contact management. These are the features that I can say Gmail's best features. Yeah, you can also include spam filtering but in my case there are mixed reviews on that. That I will describe in cons.
