I use it everyday for business and personal use. Pros I like that it is easy to use on any device and has a clear, organized layout. It works together with google contacts so i can pull up my contacts' email addresses with ease. Cons Gmail decides which emails belong in the spam folder, but it is not always accurate... It can make me confused and sometimes i wonder why my email hasn't arrived, until i remember to look for it in the spam folder. Review Source MP Max P. As a long time AOL user, I made the switch and I am super impressed. It is extremely user friendly and integrates well with Google Workspace and Monday.com CRM. The UI is sleek and it runs like a charm, design customization keeps things fresh, and I've little to no bugs or issues. Pros Gmail has been the constant throughout my evolution of being online. From when I was a child, it has been so easy to use, the customization has continually evolved with more options, and it just works well. Can't really complain whatsoever. Cons If there was one thing I had to pick to improve gmail, it would be the ease of unsubscribing from spam. Delayed email sending is a feature that is totally awesome and allows the sending of service outage messages due to maintenance at prescribed times. Pros Ease of setup, capabilities, multi-account facilities, alias, and platform independence. Feature-rich, but allows the ability to manage email sending from different devices, seamlessly and you can pick up from one device to another, custom signatures, delayed email sending is very easy to use, makes service outage messages really easy to manage. Cons Email conversations/trails are hard to review when the trail is long. Since Gemini came along, you can ask it to summarize the email trail; otherwise hard to follow at times. It's easy to use, comes with lot of extra perks, and has regular updates (like Gemini, workspace, paid plans!). It's great.
