So it makes it better to deal with one product then lots of others. Pros I can add my other email addresses making it easy for me to switch from one to another with ease. Loads fast with the app. Different folders for subjects like primary, spam, updates and social. Cons Lately my spam stuff hasn't always been going to spam. And stuff I would rather have go to my primary folder is in promotions or updates . I can't find how to make them go only to primary and same with stuff I want to be in updates or social I don't see where to change it. But I can mark things as spam if I want to. I appreciate everything that comes with gmail and can help navigate and organize my busy life Pros I don't know how I would survive professionally or personally without gmail! I use this as not only one of my work emails but also my person email as well. I appreciate that I can access my emails from a computer, tablet, phone or even my watch. Cons I truly do not have my negativity to say about gmail. Obviously, it has its issues sometimes or can crash when you have to much going on with it at once like any program but I see that more as a user problem then program problem. All the integrated apps are super helpful, really like the whole ecosystem. I never needed customer support, so I can't rate them, but there are a lot of helpful docs available online. Its flexible, allowing users to use in a lot of different settings. Pros Its free, its easy to use, and it just simply works. Very little setup, and it is nearly universally used across the world. Cons I least appreciate the fact that they are using my data for advertising. I would appreciate if I would know that Google will never give my emails to the local government. Cons The only con I can think of is that there isn’t more storage. We send lots of pdf’s with the electronic fax and email of health records with patients and other healthcare facilities. The built in Google chat and Google Spaces is great for sharing docs and assigning tasks without leaving your email tab so it is easy to switch between internal and external communication. Pros The amount of features you get with your gmail account is very good deal especially if you pay for the built in gemini features that helps summarize email threads and can tell you by priority level what emails you should reply to. Cons There isn't much that I don't like about gmail considering it is the standard. I think it should include some of the gemini features instead of a separate subscription you have to pay for. Certo, ogni tanto mi irrito quando Gmail classifica male un’email o quando mi avvisa che sto finendo lo spazio, ma per ora continua a essere il mio punto di riferimento. Se cerchi un servizio email pratico e potente, Gmail è difficile da battere. Se invece vuoi più privacy o più controllo, forse vale la pena guardare altrove. Io, nel frattempo, continuerò a usarla… e a fare pulizia quando lo spazio finisce! Pros La divisione automatica in Principale, Promozioni e Social mi aiuta a non avere una casella piena di pubblicità, e la funzione di ricerca è potentissima: posso trovare un’email di anni fa semplicemente ricordandomi una parola chiave. Uso molto Google Drive, Calendar e Meet, quindi avere tutto collegato mi fa risparmiare tempo. Allegare file da Drive è comodissimo, e gli eventi di lavoro finiscono automaticamente nel calendario. Il filtro antispam è uno dei migliori in circolazione. Mi arrivano pochissime email indesiderate rispetto ad altre caselle email che ho usato in passato. Il completamento automatico quando scrivo un’email è più utile di quanto pensassi, e la possibilità di annullare l’invio (anche solo per pochi secondi) mi ha salvato più di una volta. Cons Ogni tanto email importanti finiscono in “Promozioni” o “Spam”, e se non ci faccio caso potrei perdermi cose serie. Sembrano tanti, ma vengono condivisi con Google Drive e Google Foto. Dopo un po’, lo spazio finisce e tocca cancellare vecchie email o pagare per più memoria. So bene che Gmail legge (automaticamente) le mie email per offrirmi funzioni smart e annunci personalizzati. Cons The algorithm doesn't always show up the same on a mobile device as it does on a pc. For example, the option to archive an email doesn't show up on the mobile device.
