Further, documents saved in the google cloud could be send out to others due to the integration of google drive and gmail making it better even if the document size is huge. Overall, I’m happy with gmail. Pros The most important thing about Gmail is the ease of creating and setting up an account. Further, it has the best in class security set ups to ensure the email account is secure and safe. The integration of various G suite tools makes it more impressive in collaborating and linking various Google products to the gmail. Also, google drive could be used along with email for sending larger sized docs. Cons I believe gmail could improve to allow its other products to be used within the gmail without having to have different apps for google meet and other google products, which could make it simple to navigate within one app when using on phone. I also breeze through the process of sending emails since Gmail makes it easy for users to do this with ease. I love that in every update, new features are being added. It's now getting better and better with all the integration of other stuff you need regarding doing email transactions such as getting product updates, Google Calendar scheduling, and linking it with Google Keep. Pros Gmail helps me connect with colleagues in work and with my social contacts. I also rely on it for updates on subscriptions, announcements, and other as important information that I must be abreast of. This email service is user-friendly despite it's wide array of functions that pretty much does a lot. In every update, I get a newer and fresher look of the user interface and other features are being added that make the experience with the application more interesting and engaging. Cons Gmail already has everything that I need. However, I'd be more at peace if security of user information will be improved. It's not that it's not doing well on it now, but continually making it better is a guarantee that no leak of information will happen since emails contain essential and private information that's exclusive to the account owner. Together with it, you end up getting all Google services, and they all integrate with each other, making it a lot easier to work with. Aside that, Gmail offers a lot of space (15 Gb) to store your e-mails. What I like the most is the tags, so I can organize my e-mails by topics and know where it can be. I also like the autofill system when you are writing the receiver's email, and the possibility to customize the option to add automatically an e-mail in your contact list when you use it for the first time. Gmail is also a good manager system to use with institutional e-mails – it is easy to implement in a company. Cons The only cons I can think of is that you have a lot of options to browse and that you can customize. But overall, it's nice to use a product that's part of the larger Google platform for easy access to calendars, shared documents, etc. I like that I can use the Gmail application for managing email for my website to keep that domain name in my email address (via G Suite). I like the many ways you can filter messages, setting rules for handling certain messages, etc. There are also many helpful ways to search your inbox and folders. I've also been impressed that they continue to add features, although it's always behind the newer competing email apps. They basically copy the cool features that other apps do, but I'm okay with that. Cons I've been using Gmail for a long time, so for several years now I've had to pay for extra space, which I don't like. But I also realize that sounds ridiculous. Maybe I just wish they would give you more space than they currently do. I can't imagine I have much more data than the average person... Here's another con that is probably ridiculous to complain about: they put too many good emails in Spam. I've missed some very important messages because of this. And I'd like to think that once I've "taught" it which emails are not spam, it would learn not to send emails from that sender to my spam, but it continues to send them there. I don't want to have to add the senders to my address book to work around this. Finally, I've almost always used other email apps on my phone because I don't think the Gmail app is anything special. It makes my email management simple, and let me connect to and use other Google apps easily. Pros Gmail is an easy to use email client. It lets you manage scores of emails easily by assigning them into various categories like social, promotional, primary etc. It hosts a very powerful spam detector which never let a spam mail to get into your regular inbox. It come with 13 GBs of storage capacity which is more than enough for normal users to save their emails and attachments. Gmail allows you to communicate without the involvement of third party thus making your conversations safe and secure. It also comes with a high level of integration as a lot if Google services like drive, maps, youtube, contacts etc require Gmail to operate properly. Apart from its website version, it also have apps for Android and IOS through which you can manage multiple emails (both Gmail and other email preividers like Yahoo, hotmail etc) at once. Cons One of the major negative aspect of Gmail is that the size of the attachments that you can attach to an email is limited to 25 mb, which is relatively low, and if the files exceeds the size limit of 25 MBs each, it automatically submits them to my Google Drive.
