I enjoy using it personally and professionally. Pros Being able to use the same product at work and in your personal life is great. I only need one app on my phone and I can seamlessly switch to what I need. Cons We pay for a relatively high tier of Google Workspace service and there is no built-in functionality to manage shared inboxes. What a fail on Google's part. We have to use a third party service (we currently use Hiver) to add functionality that should be built in. Switched from [Microsoft Outlook](https://www.capterra.com/p/227138/Microsoft-Outlook/) At the time Outlook did not provide any cloud-based services so it was easy to make the switch. Sometimes I wish that they offered more robust spam features. Pros It's one of the worlds largest email services, and with that you get world class protection, and a whole host of features that often require paid email services. You can customize your gmail to your hearts content, and it's extremely easy to use. Customer support is great, and you can quickly and easily reporty issues. I have really had a good time and a great emailing experience with Gmail. It has made sharing of important information get easier and more secure. Pros I like the simplicity and user-friendliness of Gmail interface as it makes it easy to write new emails or to respond to received emails. There is a schedule send function that allows me to dictate when an email i have already written will be submitted. Gmail offers very advanced privacy and safety features which keeps me protected from email threats like spam and phishing. I also like how am able to access my inbox from any device making it possible to respond to email communications even when am working remotely. The web interface is minimal and sensible, the phone app light on functions but solid on performance. I use it more in a personal context, but i also have used it for work. Daily use and there is no wear and tear. Pros I've been using Gmail for the longest time. Obviously is industry defining in terms of value, how easy it is to use, the least amount of bugs, easy customer support, how easy it is to customize and how many options you have, and great for spam and fraudulent emails. Cons There isnt much i dislike about Gmail, maybe that sometimes it flags some emails as spam, but that happens in every email tool. All the integrated apps are super helpful, really like the whole ecosystem. I never needed customer support, so I can't rate them, but there are a lot of helpful docs available online. Its flexible, allowing users to use in a lot of different settings. Pros Its free, its easy to use, and it just simply works. Very little setup, and it is nearly universally used across the world. Cons I least appreciate the fact that they are using my data for advertising. I would appreciate if I would know that Google will never give my emails to the local government.
