The features used are handy and easy to navigate and control! I will recommend Gmail to my colleagues and coworkers. I used Gmail through my time at UGA and continue to for personal and work related issues. Pros Filtering, searching, archiving, management is all available and extremely easy to use on this platform! I like gmail because it is very easy to understand and comprehensive what’s going on throughout the site. Anyone can use it, along with the features given! Cons I’m not sure there are many things I don’t like about this software aside from some deleted mail not being able to be found after a certain amount of time which is expected and the biggest of only a few issues I’ve ever had with other mail services and software. Reason for choosing Gmail Gmail had a much easier interface and was more accurate to use. There were more features available to me in order to create the messaging service I like to see when opening my mail! I am able to move messages very easily. With its easy-to-use interface and tools, an excellent option if you need a platform to send your emails, very easy to use and secure. Pros What I like about this application is that it is very easy to use, it is very fast when sending and receiving emails safely, it also allows you to add contacts, whether friends or co-workers, to maintain communication through the application, I can share photos, videos, office documents among many other things quickly and easily. Cons What I don't like about this application are the limits when sending photos or videos because when they are too heavy it doesn't allow them to be sent. Using Gmail has let me access to many feature provided by Google, such as Google business, google meet and Google Drive. All that can be used for free. Pros There are many tools and features that are comes with Gmail and option to sign-up to other software and website with Gmail account. It is really easy as i don't have to filling my information all over again. Gmail has a 15GB of free storage to contain my email and it is more than enough to use is lifetime. Cons There are almost nothing to dislike with this software, except that i can't stack multiple Gmail account on the same browser tab. I need to open multiple web browser tab to log-in to multiple account, and it will only make the browser run slower because each tabs will using a lot of my computer RAM resource. Pros What I like the most is its page is simple and clean, where you will not be bothered by tons of unrelated ads, so you can directly go through the letters you want. Moreover, all function are categorized, you can easily and directly find one to use. Cons After I send a letter to others, it would be kept in the sent folder. I think that separate the letter you write and receive is way clearer for the page. But I would prefer the letter I sent would appear on the main page instead of pushing the bottom. Clean and simple interface for all users to understand. Integration with calendars is pretty awesome. It’s easy to use gmail on any gadget like a smartphone, laptop etc. Ability to add digital signatures is something I love as I can customize it to my liking. Gmail allows to save and archive emails on cloud storage, this guarantees safety. I like the feature of blocking unwanted messages and reporting spam. Opening multiple Gmail accounts is possible and also I’m able to integrate these accounts. My contacts are easily accessible from Gmail which makes my work very easy especially when sending emails. Cons The thing that I dislike is that so much of what I receive is either things I have not requested or just plain advertising. Sometimes at the end of the month I have over 10,000 emails to delete just so I can find the emails that pertain to my work or friends and family.
