It is saving me money. It is developing gradually and providing new features every day. Though Gmail is a free email service provider but it is at the top of the competitors. Gmail is a true market leader. Pros First of all, I like Gmail for it's free of cost. Then, I like it because it's stable, strong spam-protected, fast, accessible, sync-able across the devices, and integrated with lots of other add-ons. Cons The least likable things of Gmail are its integration with some popular software and enterprise application. Another least likable thing is its too-spam protection which sometimes considers emails from different hostings as spam. It has been a very useful tool, which we would highly recommend, especially when compared with Outlook. Pros Gmail makes it so easy to sync with other Google products, like Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc. You can "schedule send" emails and also link with Mail Merge and other tools for customer prospecting and sending emails at scale. It has a clear easy-to-user interface/design and it's simple to integrate with a custom domain. I like the ability to add multiple Gmail accounts and rotate between those accounts. Cons It eventually runs out of space (email send capacity) unless you pay extra. It can also become hard to find individual emails when you get on a long email chain. I also wanted the ability to backtrack/"unsend" previously sent emails. The formatting (fonts) can copy and paste strangely and look different after sent than in the draft format. Once, I was locked out of my account and it was difficult to retrieve password. There is a very limited customer support function, so it's hard to troubleshoot problems. I now have multiple accounts both personal and business that I use every day. Pros It's just simple and easy to use. I love that I can connect it to my own email program. I have used Mac Mail in the past and currently use Spark email. It connects easily and syncs really well. I also like that it links to Google Docs and Calendar. I like keeping so much of my info in one place. Cons I don't love the look/feel of gmail, but since I connect it to my own email software that isn't really much of an issue for me. Reason for choosing Gmail We choose gmail because it comes bundled with all the other google services like drive, calendar, etc. We didn't just want an email client...we wanted a whole office system. They have provided me with such a pleasant experience and overall I just find that their software is more intuitive and easy to use compared to others. A really great platform overall and they are miles ahead of the competition! Pros If you look at any other email provider, they can not offer what Gmail offers. Gmail contains so many tools and features to help you optimise your workflow and keep you up to date with everything that is going on. It is incredibly user friendly and the interface is clean and simple to understand, their intuitive software can easily sort out both spam and promotional emails from more important emails so that is a big plus. You can quickly and easily compose emails and googles colour coding scheme helps you keep track of more important conversations/emails that need to be addressed more urgently. Overall I love it so much and it would take a lot for me to change away from Gmail! Cons I cannot really think of any cons with the Gmail platform itself, their spam detection is fantastic and overall I really like their layout quite a lot. I would rather have complete control over what the categories are called, how many there are and what emails go in them. - The undo send email only works if you don't move away from the page, I wish it persisted even if you came back to it within the time limit. I have use it for more than 5 years and never has a problem with it. From the account, i can access to all other software under Google without having to signup for all the software separately. Pros Using Gmail to managing all my emails is really easy and they don't make it difficult to do it unlike other email manager software. They don't charge you for using it for personal use. The free storage that they provide for storing and archiving the email is quite large, and i have never running out of space with it. Cons Since i use multiple gmail account for my personal and business use, i need to actively switching between the account and Gmail don't provide and easy way to do it. It will opened a new tab for the other account and it will slowing down and consume so much of my computer RAM resource. They should improve to a new way to do it. It offers very simple functions for novices but also many more advanced functions, such as data sheets and statistics, for people who wish to have a more in-depth use, in addition it offers the possibility of increasing the storage. The classification of mail folders by category is easy. It is great and very practical for people of all ages. For me it is the best software in this area. Cons We could hardly find anything negative to say about this tool which is very comprehensive. However, if it should have an improvement it would be on the sending time of the mails which is sometimes too long. You need to be checked all the time the outbox.
