Everything needs an improvement, and using these reviews it helps the company to improve the software even better. Pros What I love about the software is that, it is very convenient to use. Reliable, and everybody can use it anywhere. It's really a big help in managing your company, in receiving emails and easy for your clients to communicate with. You can also customize its background, and can organize emails by creating folders. I love this software but like everyone its not all perfect but hopefully, Cons It's in receiving mails, you can't use it when you are offline or you have no internet. October 18, 2021 5.0 Gmail is a great email provider with lots of features that make the email process simple and straightforward. I love how well it integrates with all the other Google software. If i had to choose an email provider, I'm going with Gmail! Pros Gmail has a ton of great features, but the one that I have found the most useful during my time using Gmail has been the "undo send" feature. Tucked away in my settings, Gmail gives the ability to enable the undo send feature. This allows users to essentially "take back" an email after sending it if it's within a certain time frame. This feature has saved me many times. For example, I had an important email to send out, only to realize I had sent it with the wrong attachment! Luckily, I was within the time window I specified in my settings, so I was able to quickly undo my sending of the email and quickly fix my attachment before resending. Cons There isn't much that is wrong with Gmail. It does everything that I want it to do. If I had to choose something, I sometimes find that the search tool doesn't always find the email I have in mind. My favorite part about gmail is its ability to schedule emails to be sent at certain times. I only spend so much time in the office and most of my time giving lessons, so the ability to send emails when I'm not in front of the computer is amazing. Pros The features of Gmail, specifically abilities to star or mark important emails make the software very user friendly. Many of the functions are easy to use and there are multiple ways to perform each task. I tend to distribute videos and large powerpoints or spreadsheets through gmail and there has never been a problem attaching media or other links to my emails. Cons Integration with my existing business was fairly easy, however, there are some features that I wish gmail would fix up. Security is obviously a large priority yet I tend to miss out on some emails from new possible clients or employees because their emails get sent to spam. Pros I consider important features of gmail, it is the option to prioritize non-priority conversations, automatically archiving them. Within the important resources, we have the option of tracking and monitoring important tasks in a list. Ahh, an option that I like among the important ones is that we can automatically filter and remove messages that have already been filtered and marked, and are automatically removed for later viewing. We have the option to cancel a conversation that was sent without ending the subject or by accident, within 30 seconds of being sent. Cons So far I haven't seen a negative point, but as soon as there is one I will point it out. Remembering that the product is easy to use. Gentlemen for knowledge, the product was easy to adapt in my Transport and Logistics sector, facilitated our daily lives and optimized the logistics process. Cons Gmail's email archive system can be a little confusing as there is no "archive" section, instead, there is an "All Mail" section where all email, including archived mail, can be viewed. If you aren't a Google Workspace user (formerly G Suite), support is nearly non-existent.
