I use it for personal account as well as an account through the college that I work for. There's no other email I've used that is easier to navigate than Gmail. Pros I love the ease of use. Simplicity is key these days. There's nothing about gmail that is difficult or hard to understand! I also love the chat feature. Cons I do not have anything negative to say about Gmail. When they ask me for an email I always choose to hand over my Gmail account, I have it on my phone and it's great. Pros It is an easy-to-use tool, with an intuitive menu, it allows you to manage your emails quickly, anywhere and is very secure. It can be easily integrated with your favorite email manager, it offers more storage capacity than others on the market, you only need to create an account and you can synchronize it with your other devices. It also allows you to access multiple tools and resources that Google offers with the same account, I love using Gmail for both my personal and professional emails. Cons Although it has large storage in the free version, I have fallen short of the GB and I have had to delete information to have available space. However, that has not limited me from having a good experience with my email account. The business plan are also very affordable too. Cons Well, when something is free, it means that your data is the way Google is making their money (i.e. advertising and data mining). But that's pretty much done with everything these days, so I think it's a fair trade off. Pros • Very attractive easy interface and user friendly even if you have a basic computer knowledge. • Security is very powerful in Gmail and can save my information and when I replace my phone. • I can access also through it all other Google services like Google drive. • You can manage your e-mails very easily by creating new folders or edit them or label them. • Gmail is synchronized with all your documents or sheets and you can open them from anywhere with your Gmail. I love Gmail very much and I am happy to used it for more than 10 years up till now. Cons • Some important mails that are not spam I found it in the spam folder which make me miss important mails. • The attachment file size limit is small and prevent me to attach some a little big size files. I have had a gmail account for 15+ years on the personal side and tried it multiple times for our business side. But we're just never thrilled with it overall. They have a strong spam filter, which is great. But it may be too strong and real emails can easily get lost in your spam folder. They have almost 100% up time, which matters. You Cons I don't like grouped conversations. It's an irksome feature, and I have personally not met anyone who actually likes it. I don't like all the auto-folders they create for you, where I have to search to find incoming emails. Pros Gmail is the the first email that i have use on my primary school and has use the same email provider until my working period. The email service is reliable and always sending an error notification if any of my email that i sent get bounce back and i will know immediately about the failure. Cons The spam detector or filters is not always blocking spam email from entering the primary inbox. It mostly works really well and can block the spam, but there are some that still can bypass the detection. The categorized folder also not properly segmentation the emails into its categorize. I love Gmail and have never needed to use any other email provider. I love that they keep creating updates to make it better. My favorite feature is the split inbox: primary, social, and promotions. This automatically sorts your email to help keep it separate and let you focus on the right things at the appropriate times. If something gets sorted incorrectly, it's simple to move and then it corrects from that point on. The search function is wonderful. It's easy to create labels. There are many themes and settings to make it comfortable to view how you like it. Cons There are some things that go to spam that are not spam. The integration with third parties is unique and very useful for productivity and efficiency. He is simply the best at what he does. Pros Gmail is the email manager par excellence, the tools and integration with third parties that it does are simply unique. The spam blocker works very well, email composition is good, and grouping by tags works perfectly. A clear plus is that it is part of the Google ecosystem, possibly the best ecosystem of applications out there. It is without a doubt the best email manager, highly recommended. Cons Gmail has very few bugs, but I don't like the handling it does with multimedia files, it seems very simple and little worked. I can access is from many devices like my phone, tablet and my computer. It will notify me back if my email that i sent has a problem or the email address is can't be found or not active anymore. Pros Gmail dashboard interface is easy for the eyes and very minimal that it is not looking messy or cheap. I can sent attachment like document or photo files from the email, and can integrate it with google drive for storing the files if it exceed the maximum file size that the email permitted. Cons Some of thing that i don't like with this software is, user don't have any control over the spam filter setting. Several of legit email are landed on my spam folder and i have totally missing it and only notice of the email existent when i am trying to clearing my spam folder.
