" June 1, 2021 5.0 I have been using it for more than 5 years. It is simple and easy to use and also a safe area for mailing. It is just amazing. Pros Gmail is a free gift from google. It is the most user friendly email application. It can be access through mobile application as well as from web browser. We can use it through our google account. User can send or receive emails including attachment of any document and for larger files, they can insert the file from google drive into it. One thing that is very useful in Gmail is that the google mail servers automatically filters the email and separate the spam or ham mails. It has an option for reply any email that keeps all the messages from same person in one place. It has a search option. When you write any word or phrase, Gmail will automatically suggests you some results according to your entries. Cons Gmail is incredibly amazing but sometimes it's maximum storage of 15 GB becomes very less for free user as it is shared for google photos and google drive files. Seldom gmail puts some useful emails in spam folder. Some existing clients I have taken over at work for other coworkers utilize other email servers and I have found Gmail to be vastly superior and incorporate it any time I get the chance. Pros Gmail has a quick to learn interface so anyone can begin sending emails from it in moments. The website layout is straightforward and it is not at all difficult to sort, read, or delete emails. Gmail also has a predictive text that can automate portions of your response that saves a ton of time. Unlike some other servers, I have never had trouble having an email sent. Creating an account for Gmail also grants access to integrate with a number of other useful Google services, including but not limited to Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Hangouts. Cons Google's security is a bit extreme and there have been at least a couple instances at work where it was entirely impossible to login to an account despite having all of the information and access I should need. Cons Las características que podrían mejorarse es por ejemplo en los emails, cuando te muestra los historiales, donde existe una comunicación con el mismo destinatario, entonces te muestra la cola de emails con el mismo. A veces confunde, porque tenes que prestar atención a cuál fue el último email para seguir la cadena de manera ordenada. I've been using it since I was a kid in elementary school and it has continued to be my daily digest, arguably more than every other social media app. Pros It's ease of use with the overall Google Workspace environment makes Gmail the obvious answer as opposed to Outlook. It is constantly updated, well linked to Drive, Meet, and other services. It's categories and filters are great for keeping a clean inbox, and has a wonderful UI that is great to look at, making email management an easy thing to handle and makes reading emails painless. Cons Some old features sometimes linger far too long. For how little I use Google Contacts and Google Hangouts, those features still hover around. Dá para sincronizar automaticamente com o telefone ou o computador e receber as notificações na hora. Há também possibilidade de seguir a troca de emails numa só conversa, para não ter sempre de ir pesquisar o histórico da conversa. Cons Não há nenhum aspeto em específico difícil de usar. No entanto, às vezes, se tiver de pesquisar uma conversa antiga com base numa palavra chave ou num email pode ser mais difícil de encontrar.
