Pros

SeeClickFix has really modernized how we handle many different tasks within our organization. Customer service, Risk Management and Operations rely heavily on the functionality across numerous departments.

Cons

We have had some issues getting used to the setup, but mostly user errors.

Ease of use with mobile app! While on patrol.

Cons

Multiple emails on same issue sent! A Seeclickfix is submitted and can receive up to 10 emails on the same issue.

Pros

I like the easy way you can process a request, enter information, location and it gives you the jurisdictions.

Cons

It does not have a feature with the option to copy to a new request.

I have enjoyed using See Click FIx, this is the third software program that I have used while working in public service and is so far the easiest and most comprehensive that I have experienced.

Pros

This product is very simple to use including the phone app. I use it to track work requests and upload pictures of work before and after. Very easy and quick to use.

Cons

I haven't found any issues so far. Very easy and simple to use.

Reporting City residents' issues for certain departments to address. I have only been with South San Francisco since January 3rd, 2017, and SeeClickFix is all I know of.

Pros

I don't find the product really easy to use. Sometimes the selection boxes below the Address Box open, "more" times not....it seems to be very inconsistent.

Cons

Navigation; I feel like I do an excessive amount of jumping around and clicking to get the windows to pop-up in order to populate....seems to need streamlining badly.

My overall experience with the program has been great. I would definitely recommend it to other police departments, big or small.

Pros

I love the mapping feature. When working in a large city like Detroit, the mapping system makes it easier to get to the location that needs to be addressed.

Cons

I dont rely think the software needs a while lot of improvement. But sometimes it lags.

Easily research road repair issues and where they are occurring.

Pros

Easy to look up requests by using the map. Makes it easy to see where issues are and how many times an issue was reported

Cons

If my staff is entering data, I would like a place to record the date the call was received. Sometimes the data is entered a day or two later.

Pros

This saves us time that we used to spend on directing complaints to the correct people. I love that you can see the progress of resolving issues and as you use SeeClickFix the ease of tweaking it makes it even better!

Cons

Getting the word out to our residents has been the hardest part, but slowly we are seeing more and more interaction. It will only get better!

Positive, but I wish people who report police matters on this format realize that It is not dispatched when enter. If you need something handled now then cal 911 and do not use click fix.

Pros

I like the overall easy of the program. If I’m assigned a click fix and it’s not something I do, then I can easily reassign it to the proper department. When I do have one it is nice, I can add photos, commits and anything else I need to help the reporting party understand what was done.

Cons

I don’t use it enough to know all the short cuts.

My overall experience with SeeClickFix has been very favourable. I would recommend this product to any municipality as an engagement tool for their community.

Pros

SeeClickFix provides the community a platform which can be utilized to provide information, concerns, comments and compliments to the municipality. It is easy to use and provides feedback to both the submitting individual and others within the community as well. In addition, SeeClickFix also allows Council to review response times and other valuable information to respond to questions or concerns from their constituents.

Cons

There are no concerns regarding the software at this time.

I think it is a big step toward having better communication with the public and so they can see how often we fix issues.

Pros

I like that I can quite effortlessly delegate the item to someone else if it falls outside my area of expertise.

Cons

I don't like that people can leave complaints anonymously because if we need to ask follow up questions we never get answers and there is a bit of cyber bullying that takes place.
