Cons Contratei a plataforma em dezembro para um lançamento com a inteção de utilizar as ferramentas. Logo ao iniciar a captação dos leads, percebi que o workflow (ferramenta de funil de e-mails) não estava funcionando. Ao abrir chamado descobri que estavam em férias coletivas. Abri um ticket onde eu era respondido de 5 em 5 dias, ou seja, fiquei 15 dias da captação dos leads sem conseguir utilizar o funil de e-mails sendo que o solução era apenas a ativação do SSL. Após resolver isso percebi que a ferramenta Maillingboss 5.0 não estava disperando os e-mails agendados de lembrete do evento. Abri vários chamados na tentativa de solucionar o problema, inclusive 1 dia antes do evento continuava com o problema e aparentemente haviam resolvi. Mas para a minha surpresa (não sei pq me surpreendi) no domingo, dia do evento, não consegui disparar um e-mail sequer para minha lista, resultado? A lista não recebeu o link do evento. Como era domingo não havia suporte. Solicitei o ressarcimento dos valores pagos, porém me foi negado alegando que eu teria 7 dias para solicitar o cancelamento de acordo com o código de defesa do consumidor. A plataforma tem muitas ferramentas, mas tudo meia boca. Sem suporte. Só causa stress e prejuízos. O barato sai caro. Deixo aqui meu depoimento para quem esteja buscando informações sobre a empresa. Builderall is good at that. Period. Pros The pre-built templates are very attractive, beautiful and quite responsive, which makes it easier for users to grab leads online via marketing. I was never able to get it set up properly. Even my tech guru was having trouble with it. Customer service usually just referred me to help articles. I finally gave up and went with a different all-in-one that was cheaper and easier to learn and use. Pros Builderall is filled with features. It's an all-in-one platform, which is why I chose it. Their website builder is incredibly easy to use but now they have incorporated a Wordpress tool which I prefer to use to create my websites. I love the ease of integrating their tools on websites too. Cons Don't have much to say about this. Their support has been pretty good and has resolved a lot of my issues. Cons Steep learning curve since it had so much to offer. The good is that it's just a topping on the cake and you don't really need to know everything. And if you do, all you need is to ask the support or check a tutorial.
